So everybody. I told my husband about the Pennsylvania tax and I asked him if he thought my stockpiling was silly now.

(In his defense, he doesn't really flip me much 'tude about it anyway, and I personally pay for about 90% of my stuff.)

He said "No, I really don't." I replied, "Really?" And he was being serious.

We don't disagree about vaping in general, and he still smokes but WILL vape on occasion. Not that my husband is necessarily the harbinger of the seriousness on the horizon for vaping, but it's certainly another canary in a very dark coal mine.
I suspect that WA won't be far behind, they are loving all the taxes from their latest regulated industry that can't be talked about. Plus we have Sen Murray who jumped in and praised the regulations right at the start. I sure hope she doesn't get re-elected.

Do you have experience ordering from efun and eciggity? I was planning on getting a few tanks from each of them in addition to a larger order from fasttech and a couple other places (vapeshop and myvaporstore) I have ordered before.
I have ordered from Efun.TOP - Electronic Cigarettes, Deals e cigs and from us.efun.top. My first order was here fast. The 2nd one ordered on July 4 just shipped. I guess they were busy with their July4 sale? I have another order processing from their US warehouse. Its been a couple of days. Not shipped yet, but its stateside so don't have to worry about customs. And you can pay with pp for both sites since they are based overseas.

Well, I'm not a one-issue voter. I'm a southern transplant to the PacNW and I love Washington state.

I feel I have a very good understanding of who and what is behind the vaping regulations but instead of throwing the baby out with the bath water I'm going to keep trying other methods. I do think that vaping will be redeemed in the mainstream within the next few years. There will be casualties and I mourn those casualties...I don't take it lightly at all (I work in a vape shop and have for two years now, educating people about the FDA and state regulations and I've probably helped 300 people quit smoking).

If anyone takes vaping seriously, count me in that number.

No one really knows. But you would avoid any hiccups by ordering in US.
My thoughts exactly, seems like what im looking for is only available there though, so it looks like i might have to take the chance. Ill just have to try to order it asap so hopefully it will pass through before then.

I seriously doubt you will have any problem with your shipment from China after 8.8.16. It will be one of a billion packages in the mail. Big Brother isn't that efficient. There are greater issues at stake.

I hope you're right. Even if vaping conquers eventually, will it be cost-prohibitive?

I'm pretty much set for a number of years, but I worry about others who might not have the chance at this.

I just checked my older Eciggity e-mail confirmations and it looks like I received my gear in Massachusetts from Hawaii 3-5 days after ordering.

This is what I am concerned about in my state, it is a Tobacco products tax already on the books and since 8-8-16 FDA says vape products are tobacco products, is the reason I don't want to order anything on or after 8-8. They are talking about raising this rate and one bill was 66%- YIKES! Thankfully that bill failed but who knows what they are planning. There is some type of meeting July 21th to look at NM taxes and they will discuss online purchases being taxes, not good.

    "Tobacco Products Tax"

New Mexico imposes the tobacco products tax (TPT) for the manufacture or acquisition of tobacco products in New Mexico that are intended for distribution in the ordinary course of business and for the consumption of tobacco products in New Mexico. A tobacco product is any product, other than cigarettes, made from or containing tobacco.

The first purchaser of tobacco products pays the tax at a rate of 25% of the value of the tobacco product on or before the 25th day of the month following the month in which the taxable event occurs. Certain deductions and exemptions may apply.

I have been getting quite fast shipping. Couple weeks or less so far. What's the hurry anyway? Great deals and maybe the future of vaping.:( I have been quite happy with them so far.
I don't like waiting that long is all & if I have to pay a lil more for immediate gratification, I'm ok with that. I did the whole Fasttech thing- wasn't for me.

OMGosh, Amazon is driving me mad. My current order placed July 3rd, which has my Amber glass jars, will arrive on July 29th. Pathetic! Two liters of nic waiting their arrival.
I have decided from here on out, any nic purchases will stay in their shipping containers until I need some.

Then it will get brought to room temperature and dispersed at once into my jars.

Then each jar will be used one at a time until the next jar is needed and brought to room temperature.

This minimizes overall o2 exposure and time after exposure.

Also (and most importantly) allows me to be lazy AND test nic% of each batch right before it's used.

For a fill tool, I love the slap yo mama one Big Daddy has, I ordered a couple more just in case I lose mine. His page is slow to load for some reason- Slap Yo' Mama Adapter : Big Daddy Vapor
    Me too.

    Pro tip...
Don't spend the extra money on the aluminum slap yo mama tool.

The delrin works better and gives a little. End result, it doesn't tend to want to pinch it's own o-ring upon insertion like the aluminum slap yo mama.

I sent a ticket and found out why my GB order is so slow to ship:
You know, FT is going to have the Pico on their Sunday sale this Sunday......\
$25.23 Authentic Eleaf iStick Pico 75W TC VW APV Box Mod - 1-75W / 100-315C'(200-600F') / 1*18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
is this the one you are waiting for? It says ss on description..
It is (will be) 10% off come 1am chicago time tonight using DEALS as discount code.
Have a look. May be worth canceling GB and going with FT. Dunno.
    What do you think?

eta. I looked at GB and it says ship time between Jul 24 - Aug 5. That is a long wait.....I would want it a whole lot quicker than that. I bought some of the ones that said ship the next day and they are finally getting delivered today or Monday. GB is slow compared to FT. Prices are comparable between the two companies.

And if you do ever buy from FT, on the free shipping I pick usps option(not the default shipping) its still free but its faster than the default.

Thanks, I guess I didn't notice the delayed shipping at GB so I told them to just ship me all blacks if they are in stock.

I didn't know about that deal at FT but I was planning to grab a few brushed silver from there but want/need to trim down the size of my FT cart first. I realized I too am too impatient for this overseas ordering thing so I will be ordering as much as I can from stateside vendors and only the brushed picos and a few other accessories I am in no rush for from FT.

I just received my brushed Pico from FT yesterday. Order place 7/4, so essentially 11 days to delivery. Unless I paid for next day delivery from a US dealer (probably almost as much as the Pico itself), the extra few days in transit time doesn't seem unreasonable for me.

Its better to split your FT order up into smaller sizes. It seems the bigger the package the more customs pays attention to it. You could always group them by when they are scheduled to ship. They all say if they are in stock or not, and some have estimated shipping dates. Just a suggestion. And since shipping is free it doesn't matter how many packages you have.

Yeah, FT isn't bad on shipping.
GB. I am a little mad at them lol. bnrkwest and I both ordered Pico's from them on the same day, approx at the same time and she already has hers. Maybe she picked a different shipping option than me, dunno, maybe I will ask her. But gb has been slow on most of my orders. Slower than FT.

And I ordered mine on July1

I just looked at that link (same one I have in my cart) and FT also says it won't ship for 10 days:

    Ships in 5 business days
    ETA: 7/26/2016 (10 days)
