Have you tested it? Is it a lemon? How do you know its most likely?
It is a SVD that is discontinued and it had a bunch of fire button problems. It has a fix but you have to take it all apart and re solder, I used to build circuit boards but this fix is not easy to do. So rather than go thru the hassle I got another Pico :)

    Just a question about law:
According to FDA in August all vaping things will became tobacco things.
Does it mean that all rules about interstate and internet sales will kick in automatically, or each state should apply its own rules individually?

What I am afraid most of all this regulations, is immediate ban on internet deliveries. I am sure later on some lawsuits will be successful and things will be not as awful as they are looking today.

I think we all need to know our state laws on tobacco products and in my state there is on the books a 25% tax on all tobacco products, ouch!

That is the question, and the reason I stockpiled. When government gets a green light to regulate, it is pedal to the metal. I don't trust any words they say in the Deeming Regulations except "subject to change"

Wow! NICE, have fun unpacking. :)

done, and it was fun indeed. Now I just need to wait on the ups guy with my building tools before I can try a RTA (I think I ordered some wrong wire I may never use, so need to order more obv) and I can't use any of the triple 18650 mods until my IMR order ships me 3 sets of 6 new batteries from different mfg'ers so I can have some nice new married sets for them but here is the big shiny stuff from the orders:

Each state will have their own language regarding vapor products. They will each need to amend their laws to include vapor products regarding such things.

Anyone have recommendations for a 6 bay 18650 charger and a store to buy them from? Only thing I see on amazon is efest and the reviews are mixed and I don't think I trust them given what they do with their battery marketing.
Nitecore is highly recommend around here. I use the one myself. Not sure if they have a 6 bay.

I've been using an Efest LUCV4 & an XTAR VP4 for about a year.
Efest are snakes with their battery ratings but the LUC is good.
I asked a reviewer friend about the Efest bluetooth 6 and he raved about it.
I might get one when the price comes down. You can set the charge rates individually and other nifty features but it's limited to 4A total.

Thanks, that is the one I put in my amazon cart.

I haven't searched their site but it didn't show up in my amazon search for a 6 bay charger. I am worried about using the 4 bay nitecore I have on 3 married batteries because it charges at a higher rate if just 2 are inserted/charging and a lower rate when 3 or 4 are inserted/charging.

The PACT act would need to be modified at the federal level to include ecigs. I do expect we will see a movement toward that in the coming year BUT until that happens its not in effect 8/8/16.

There are a few states that's current cigarettes laws are very broadly written to include all tobacco products (except those specifically exempted) and IMO would include ecgs automatically in whatever their current laws are but for most states their laws would need to be amended before internet sales/shipping would be effected. Expect most of those states to amend in the coming year, or at least attempt to.

I live in Nevada and this is all I could find as the state laws go.

"Although tobacco is regulated in Nevada
Revised Statutes by Chapters 202 (“Crimes
    Against Public Health and Safety”)
    and 370 (“Tobacco: Licenses and Taxes;
    Supervision of Manufacturers and
    Wholesale Dealers”), the Nevada
Legislature clarified, with the passage of
Senate Bill 79 (Chapter 435, Statutes
of Nevada) during the 2015 Session, that
    certain alternative nicotine products and
vapor products are not to be regulated
and taxed in Nevada as other tobacco
products. Senate Bill 79 redefines “other
    tobacco products” to exclude alternative
nicotine or vapor products, clarifying that
these products are not subject to
    tobacco taxes."

    What does it mean?
