OK guys, I need to order a couple mods for the wife. I'm set with mechs and RTAs but she's not so keen on a mech setup.

She's been using a KBOX Mini for a couple years now. Would the TopBox Mini be the best option here?

Thinking of getting 2 of them from Hoosier. Then she will have the 2 we already own for backup (we also have 4 of the tanks, with replacement glass) and the 2 new ones. Enough for 10+ years you think?

I've got 50+ coils for her. She goes through about one every 6 weeks or so. So that's about 6 years worth of coils...then there's always the RBA that came with the Kangers.

What do you guys think?

As long as it take replaceable batts, but I am not familiar with those you mentioned. Maybe several Pico's??

I haven't even opened the two that I got yet but my Dad liked his so much he wanted another when his Father's Day gift was being decided on this year. Top tanks are awesome, and I've started using the RBA and it was pretty easy to do, and that was my second coil build ever.

All depends on what you like. I asked on here and was told the ones from Hoosier use a pre-set wattage or something that you have to fiddle with so that made me pass on it. I personally would rather spend 10.00 more and get a Pico but that is cause they are my favs atm, along with Vari's.

Don't know if this has been discussed here, or if the kit is even being sold yet. But i thought people who aren't prepared to build coils yet, might find this kit interesting. Seems it was developed with preppers in mind :

The Picos are very cute, but I'm guessing I can't use the Kanger heads, correct? Since I already got 50 of the Kanger heads, I need a tank that will work with them.

    Thanks for the recommendation though!

The pico is a mod, not a tank. There are kits with the melo or lemo tank but you can buy the mod by itself then get any of the various kanger tanks (23mm or less) that use the RBA heads. I use my subtank mini on my pico mod often.

These are two different things. The Kbox 40w is just a 40w basic box that was like $13 or whatever on Hoosier. Also only reads down to 0.4 ohms. The Toptank kit has the Toptank with the RBA and an updated Kbox that has TC, goes to 75w and reads down to 0.1 ohms. I like the look and would love a pico but for a subtank/Toptank fan the whole kit is usually cheaper than a toptank and a pico together and has a decent box. Just opened mine, already love it, it's tiny!!! And I had 2 50w isticks. Btw these kits can be found cheaper than Hoosier.

See above. You probably want the kit if she likes the tanks. Dad just said he wants more of them and after opening mine I'm probably going to go with these kits instead of my planned post 8/8 pico purchase.

I like the topbox mini. Still gets used even though it sits among DNAs and Provaris. vapesupersaver always has good prices on Kanger stuff. Plus the toptank fits nicely on the provari and comes with a rba.

Any mod that has 510 threads will work with the Kanger tanks. 510 threading is the standard and you will find that most mods and tanks have the 510 threads.
What kind of tank do you currently have? An STM? A kanger top tank?
