Said because of FDA garbage...all shipments would be sent with signature confirmation. So S/H cost was a set $12 at the minimum...no matter what! I backed out in a hurry!

Not yet but I have narrowed it down to 2 possibilities.

Ecig ......... com was not one of them. They are fine. I have ordered many times from them before.

The 2 I am talking about I had never ordered from before and never will again.
