My accomplishment for the day was getting my responsible Grandson's vaping inventory list done and his stuff organized and put where it's suppose to be, separate from mine. He'll be taking stuff and reimbursing me for the cost as he needs it over the next few years, so I really wanted everything to be organized. I especially wanted the things that we both use to get separated so when I go looking for something I want to use myself I know it has a chance of still being there

I'll be working on my stuff over the next few days.

It takes a lot to organize especially with two vapers

Yep, clearance is usually very limited in quantities.

On a side note, I had a really awful day. Cost me 700.00, was taking my gd to the airport. We left 2 1/2 hours ahead of departure time and it is a 25 mile trip. Something happened and the freeway was closed while I was sitting on the on ramp. After waiting forever, had to turn around and go wrong way back, tried to take a detour which was backlogged cause everyone else was doing the same. Finally figured out we would never make it in time so had to go home and buy another ticket for tomorrow. It took us almost 3 hours to go about 7 miles of detour roads. What a waste of 700.00, was a non refundable ticket.

Yes I've loaded up. First time in 7 years. I started to notice a lot of "sold outs" on a fair number of sites.

I am just very angry. For e-cigs to be lumped in with Tobacco products even tho they are not, and that allowing Big Tobacco to make the regulations that hurt us the most , and the FDA allowing it to happen without any proof whatsoever that these devices are unhealthy. If these devices are so bad, why are cigarettes still sold? Why does the FDA let it happen? If they're going to regulate anything, it's nicotine. Anything else is perfectly legal. Including inhaling Vick's Vaporub steam.

Follow the Money.

The point of it being lumped in with tobacco products was so that there wasn't the very stringent fda regulations for medical devices that they were originally planning for vaping.

Since it is a less harmful alternative to smoking, it was supposed to fairly well get a pass under the law as a new tobacco product.. but then the FDA decided no pass would be given, and it was too late to go back in time and ask for it to be grouped into medical stop smoking cessation products..

either way though, getting fda approval for tobacco products is easier than medical devices, and cheaper and less time consuming.. so tobacco is still better.. but it should have been given that pass and had less stringent requirements due to its less harmful alternative to smoking status. But, the FDA won't allow it to be in that category (less harmful alternative to smoking) due to the fact there is "not enough research".

That is what the court fights are over, and why there is a case at all against the FDA.

They don't have any description on it, the full kit is supposed to have the recharging part that takes a 18650 batt to recharge it, wonder if they will sell that separate as it would be handy to have.

thinking about the nic stashed in my freezer for the Dark Ages. What would you do with yours if you are ever able to be nic free? Would you give it to someone else? I would keep mine. It would be like the bottle of booze so many recoved alcoholics keep.
