Turned out to be a seaweed covered rock I was beached on.
I needed that chuckle...
Turned out to be a seaweed covered rock I was beached on.
I was reading this..... Slowly being filled with dread....I remember the most scared I've ever been in water. There was a channel that was decently wide and pretty deep that we used to have to get across to get to one of our favorite cliff diving spots. One time as I'm swimming across I felt something touch my hand and next thing you know it's under me and I'm stuck on top of it. I thought I was going to die of a heart attack right there at like 19 years old. I just kept paddling and going nowhere while feeling this gross slimey thing stuck under my stomach. Turned out to be a seaweed covered rock I was beached on.
I still live on a tiny island. Born and raised. I win![]()
How big? No I'm not still trying to win the non existent contest just curious. I wouldn't describe my island as tiny at 12x22 miles, there's much smaller all around.
Folks still live there that's where I'm going back to, Rhode Island. Grew up on the beach, boogie boarding, surfing, cliff diving, sometimes going out on boats when someone else had one. Still scared of deep waters... JAWS ruined the ocean for most people.

to top that off,, my hubby loves to cook,, and he is very good.-------he sends me to the pool and i come back to dinner. ----this same man nearly drowns me if i can get him into the pool.........so i stopped doing that hahaSooo jealous. I'd get nothing done around the house in the summertime. Clean the house? Nah, let's go lounge at the pool. Dinner? You're on your own. Hahaha![]()
If someone can tell me how to resize a picture to post it here, I'll show the kind of water I like.
I tried to attach what I have but it tells me the file is too large

I'll give it a shot. If I can figure that out.Erm, I send the picture to my own email address and then download to the desktop. I have the option either before or after the send (I forget) to change the pic to small medium or large.
Bad wording but I hope you get my bad explanation![]()
