It is aggravating trying to make sense of the deeming, sure hope we win some lawsuits! I guess pipes have been around a lot longer than vape gear but I was thinking if someone has a collectable pipe like a Meerschaum pipe that needed repair?

They now have two devices at fire sale pricing levels, the 2.5 and the more recent Classic, why that is, we can only guess.

And there are a lot of people are very happy they are having these sales...

How could they call it a modification if it's being repaired to its original state?

It isn't, but they can twist it if they want.

While I have not smoked a pipe in a long time I do remember buying updated / replacement stems if one got cracked - I wonder if they are targeting that aspect of the pipe business?

At looking at all the beautifully carved Meerschaum's if each design had to file a PMTA it would be ridiculous! Good point about replacing a stem.

I really want the metallic bronze Vari. I missed those when they were available, rats.

Watch out @WillyZee , with these sales we are coming after your record.

Zen holds the record with over 100 Provi ... I'm just a regular ProVari guy with only 37.

Or...
View attachment 594415 The GP paps (top) is from the outlet & could have a blemish, is only 18500 and $75 ha. I mean €75
The Gus Lord (below) is normal retail, telescopic and €110
Opinions please

I have both and love them both, you really can not go wrong with either one.
I would say if you can only get one since you have GUS mods go for the GP paps :)
I use both the GP Heron V2 and the GP Salt & Pepper tanks on mine.

I caved and got the Provari 2.5 Dragon with extender cap on special. I have the dragon mini, but I wanted a 18650 version. Pay day + good price = sold. I threw in the red lanyard for good measure to help solve the issue of cramming my pockets when I walk the dog.

    From ProVape's website:
FDA Ruling Threatens Largest U.S. Vape Hardware Manufacturer - ProVape

They now have two devices at fire sale pricing levels, the 2.5 and the more recent Classic, why that is, we can only guess.

My guess is that it's old hardware that no one is buying besides a few tootle puffing stockpilers from this and a few other threads around ECF. Honestly when I came back around here and went to their website I was surprised they still had some of this stuff in stock, and continue to be surprised it's not depleted every time you guys go for a sale.

When the Procyon and Radius start hitting rock bottom prices is when people should worry about Provape. They still have a court case and some possible but not probable deeming date modifications to wait out.

Plus... they have to wait for next spring when I have money to stock up on Radius.

Your lucky. Gonna take some work getting my hands on a v4 nowadays though.
I really like the little symbol that is on the heron and v3 but they took it off of the v4. Boo
You can get it engraved with anything but it will cost €30.
If I had a cool name I'd have that like 'YoursTruli' but I don't think Zutan... Bla bla bla would look good. I might have to get that little heron ensignia engraved on the v4. But I think your right. I wanna get my hands on that switch.

Hey, who you callin' "a few tootle puffing stockpilers from this and a few other threads around ECF?" :D

I'll bet there's more being sold to all kinds of vapers than you think there are! Many who've bought them aren't just "tootle puffers", and there's probably many others who just haven't posted announcing that they've bought some. Remember...there are also all those sneaky "lurkers" who check these threads for sale info. posted, but don't come out of the woodwork and post that they've bought some things from the sale. Then there's those who've maybe bought several for an investment...knowing how scare high quality products may become if the FDA gets it way!

Hubby brought 2 back from Turkey when we was in the service, said by time he hit back in the states they were worth way more than he paid for them. Sadly they were both lost thru the years of moving.

I lost a lot of stuff over my military career. On one occasion an entire box packed with professional camera gear arrived with rocks and 2x4's... :nah:

Someone has a thread on here on what the majority are stock piling and it is the old reliable gear. When you look to future you want to be sure you have enough old school to get you thru that is tried and true. I would guess many people have Provari's and Reo's in their stash.
