It's all going to be dependent on how many charge cycles the mod goes through. On average, you're looking at around 300-500 cycles before you start seeing the battery performance start to seriously degrade.

I can't get over how many people change out there stock of batt ever year. They have enough in rotation to go several years.

I currently am rotating six for four years now. Still last all day. I change them automatically every morning. Never vape them till the light flashes or at least I try not to do that.

The battery university gives good info on care for batts. It is a read I suggest for everyone.

Most people are into the highly fattening sweet vapes because they are not highly fattening...

I agree. I cut out sugar and processed foods six months ago - and, in the past, I've never been able to stick with healthier eating longer than 3 months. A few weeks ago it clicked that vaping is a big reason - I'm able vape all the flavors I wish I could eat (chocolate milk flavor constantly) which curbs the craving, and instead of binging at night, there is a hand-to-mouth substitute. Another perk. Vaping is a gosh darn miracle to my health.

I agree!!
I had pulled two that were 2 years old I'd replaced in the line up of batteries that I rotate, and had set them aside to take to where we can recycle batteries.
After reading there, I pulled them back out, charged them, and have put them back into the line up for rotation.

They were showing no signs of losing power, still lasting the length of time that they always did, I was just concerned because they turned 2 years old.

That's one of the reasons you need quality batts in your lineup.

AW-IMR's.
That's all I use, and that's all I've ever used.
Purchased from ProVape, and oh...who's the other one..."R" something...I'll have to go look.

ETA: RTD Electronix ;)

Rtd is where all of my batts came from. As I said earlier - I have 6 in rotation - used to be eight. I have lost two over the years. One was dropped and got a dent in it and the other got over heated - neither was a I going to take a chance with...

Just a heads up.
Spam/spoof emails that look almost exactly like UPS tracking notifications are going around now.
Don't be fooled folks if you're still stocking up and have packages in transit. :)

With your having 6 batts in rotation and only charging one batt per day each of them is only recharged about 61 times per year. I'd expect them to last between 4 and 6 years each.

I've never had one 18650 last me through an entire day of vaping. Only lasted me an entire day IF I spend a part of the day not vaping at all. Now that I do vape lower ohms (.5 - 1 ohm with sometimes higher) then in my first few years (1.5 - 2.6), they don't last as long as they used to. I'm also using more then one mod each day. With that in mind I'd say I average recharging each of my 6 batts every other day now-a-days. That's abt 182 charge per battery per year for my batts . I expect mine to last between 1-1/2 years and 2 years.

Yep, I am a lite vaper, but it definitely sounds like you have a good handle on your batts. So many toss them without understanding cycles.

Somewhere out there
I have an LG in both my Radius and they never last a full day. I am glad I have 2 Radius because one is charging while I vape other. I've been using them and nothing else latey since they are so darn handy :) Everything is going to vape stash except the Endura batts for T18 for out and about. I would like another Radius if there is another sale :)

I know how to extend the battery life. It is rarely advertised though. The vendors consider it damaging for their business.

"Set the mod down sometimes":lol:
