I stocked from Heartland, prices were good, and my juices have been great with it. Maybe if I vaped unflavored I'd be more discerning about it, but with flavorings I really can't tell a difference.

One more that agrees that RTS nic is well worth getting. I have some MFS nic in my freezer but the majority of mine is from RTS. I took advantage of their price match option a couple a times and bought 2 liters each time for less than $50.00 per liter. That way I also got free shipping. They also have fairly reasonable prices on their cobalt blue bottles so each time I ordered nic I would throw a few bottles in the cart too.
+1 on the RTS nic. I have 4 liters along with 3 liters from other sources and have been more than satisfied with the quality. YMMV...

Thats a lot to pay for Nic, even more than I pay in Canada. I add the 35% exchange and its about 5 bucks more. But I have $20 shipping and 5% tax ontop to pay. I'll stick to my Canadian vendor that I know has good nic and no border hassles if I have to produce a invoice and explain contents to the border guard. I'm plenty stocked up on my HS tobacco concentrates thanks to RTS and BCF that I have no issues bringing non nic flavorings through the border. They did raise a eyebrow when I came through the border with a glycube of base. I told them its for soap and lotion making and I got waved through.
Been a while since I've been to BC. The last time I crossed into Canada the guard wanted to know if I had any guns, alcohol, or cigarettes. But, when I crossed back into the US the guard only wanted to know if she was my wife.

I'll still feel better once I have some nicotine but won't worry about hardware as much. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst, right?
I will be happy for all existing smokers if the date gets moved up, as they will get a chance to experience vaping with far more choices. Personally, the threat of deeming regs seemed to escalate clearances of "obsolete" equipment, which is what I use. Hopefully we'll have options in the future for all styles of vaping, while I just tap into my stockpile for years to come!
While I'm happy to hear that this bill is being introduced once again, I think it would be premature to change one's plans based on the mere introduction of a bill. Even if it passes both houses and the President signs it into law, it won't stop various States from implementing confiscatory taxes.
