There are a few batches of unwanted gear in my local CL right now.
Minus one that was there earlier.
5 mile drive and a Benjamin and I have a very good zombie green & skulls Rig V2 Mod plus a bunch of dubious looking crap. At least there's some Teleos juice and a Kangertech squonker in there.The guy got fed up with vaping for the third time now. He's a cool cat and I feel bad for him and all but it's in good hands now. I'll dust off and check the bitty mods and gift them. Dunno about dat juice doe.

I've been wheeling & dealing on CL since before we could post pictures there.
I've met a lot of nice people and a few real jerks.
I'm usually the scarier one but I'm a fair dealer.

Thanks for the warning! It looks like if I want anything good, I'd have to drive to San Francisco. I don't see myself going an hour out of my way to get vape gear!
don't go alone and if u do go alone make sure you are packing... glwt in cali.
I have made it a habit of meeting in police station parking lots if the seller seems sketchy or I am buying or selling a high value item. Always works for me.
There are some really stupid and bad people out there, but very few are stupid enough to rip someone off or hold them up in a police parking lot!

I have bought and sold guitars on CL that were many thousands of $$$. I am just careful and follow my gut when meeting someone to give/receive thousands of $$$ in cash. A mod or a tank? I wouldn't worry about it but wouldn't meet someone in a dark alley in the middle of the night either.
I usually drive 6 miles to meet at a gas station next to the Interstate if they're traveling. Tonight was at Steve's Pizzaria 5 miles away near a different Interstate. I meet at the Walgreens near my house if they're local unless they have something at their house and invite me. No CL ppl come to my house. We're in a fairly safe area but it still astounds me when ppl invite me over from Craigslist to buy something.
After cleaning etc the tally for tonight's $100 bill is
Rig V2 mech mod with matching roughneck V2 atty in good to VG condition
1 Nautilus mini, 2 Triton minis & a Nautilus X tank. All in VG condition.
3 Nauti coils & 5 Nauti X coils. New.
Istick20 & NX30 mini mods & a Kanger Dripbox
3 Samsung R25 & an I4 Intellicharger
A box of dubious age 6mg & 12mg juice <--probably destined to change the fragrance down the kitchen sink drain. There is also a couple of 100ml bottles of hype juice that I'll offer to friends. I vape Max VG and even 20PG is too high.
All in all a decent haul for a Benjamin.

The chances of anything bad happening are slim, especially when selling cheap items, but there is always a chance. Some police stations (like mine) have dedicated internet sales parking spots in front of the station with video cameras. I have sold a few vape items and other cheap stuff, and more expensive stuff like many ounces of silver, but I always met in public places and I always open carried my gun.

I meet in the parking lot of the county 911 center during the daylight, always people (usually a cop or two) around and cameras.
I stocked up on flavoring for vape and home use. I decided to order from olive nation since they carry a lot of pg free flavors.
( they are just like real flavors) I can now say I'm done for at least 25 yrs!
