I was at 12 for years so I understand. Went down a little over time, was at 6 for years, so takes time for me to adjust, but finally workedI wish I could reduce that low! After 9 years, I'm down to about 12 mg. Any lower and I chain vape.
I think that's what works for me, hand to mouth and I love the flavors. Too much nic gives me a headache anymore.

I work at keeping my tolerance low. I take nic free days and change nic dosage regularly.I have been cutting back on nic mg and am around 3-4 mg now. Instead of buying more nic, wanting to make what I have last longer. This tea banana cream pie vape is 6 mg and it feels too strong now! Never thought I'd get to the point that 6mg was strong LOL Amazing what you can get used too
Ive been using 2mg to 3.5mg for a while. I just mixed some 4mg this morning for a change up and its too strong, it just doesnt feel good. I could get used to it over a while but I will add some vg and make it 2.5mg and call that my new high dosage. It is surprising what you can get used to. Just under a year ago I was happy to settle on 12mg forever. It would wipe me out now.
I have to agree with Rose, I've done the round of petitions and calls over and over. Their decision has already been made this time...sickening as it is that the feds have decided that flavors are not appropriate for us any longer. I'll still raise a stink tho, and I'll still have my flavors, one way or another.

They know flavors are not the issue. They just want to distract us and make it easier when they pull the plug. They want us to look like a bunch of crazies, addicted to nic and shame on us. They have to 'save' us after they 'save' the children.
I hope I am wrong and it all turns out well but I am not holding my breath.
This has been going on for at least 10 years and they finally have enough public opinion behind them to go for it.
I hope everyone keeps fighting, if they so choose and I hope it actually helps to stop the train wreck. I kind of saw the writing on the wall about 5 years ago when a young woman verbally attacked me at an outdoor concert in a public park.
Something I will miss for stealth vaping is my Orion's, about size of a tic tac container. I love them for out and about. But alas their batts are internal so won't last for ever. I did pick up another, the new Orion Plus. So hopefully they last awhile
I also need to check my cig a like batts, we may have to go that route so people think we are smoking! LOL Crazy times
