You need (8) 4oz bottles, per ltr.
a 4oz will fit 125ml
125ml x 8= 1000ml (1 ltr)

I used (4) 8oz. and put the remaining 40mL in (1) 120mL bottle. Since you have 3L to do that to...you'd need (12) 8 oz. bottles and just the (1) 120mL bottle, as it would hold the extra 40mLs from each of the 3L.

ETA: It's good that you have a few extra 120mL bottles though. When you've used the 120mL of nic base...and need to break down an 8oz. one...you'll use the 120mL bottle you emptied and 1 of your extra 120mLs to do it.

I hope your optimism is on par but I don't see it happening. I don't think there will be a lot of innovation with all these bans and such so Zenith will probably still be one of the best.
