I called them. They had all my info so I didn't give out any info and they were nice about it. He said my order will ship tomorrow morning.
Thanks. I'm sure you're safe in the way you handled it. The number in their message is the number for their sales department that came as part of my order confirmation. If they've been having a lot of fraudulent orders, it could be that they're confirming random orders or something. I placed my order right after you posted here. I figured they were shut down by then, but I guess the sales people work later. I'll deep checking in case I get a message, too.
Yeah I’ve had a cart filled for almost a week waiting on a sale. I just pulled the trigger with no coupon. 60 more dropins and 4 rtas. That’s my last order. I feel at peace. Gotta stop spending cause the boy’s gotta eat (my son). Whew...for some reason I don’t think I ever want to shop again...for anything. I feel so thankful that something brought me back here two weeks ago. I didn’t even know what was happening. I’m well stocked now and so so grateful for everyone here that help with everything. Yeah. I ordered 10 packs there (Central Vapors) a few weeks ago. They sent me 10 coils by mistake, 2 packs. They were very nice about it and refunded the money. Which was good because I discovered later that they weren't genuine Aspire coils.

Even the regular green one changes color. It looks green or blue or purple depending on light and angle. The others dont seem to do this.
There's a scratch off code on the side of the box. You can go to the Aspire site and enter the code and they tell you whether it's legit. They tell you how many people have entered that code, in my case many thousands of times.
I just tried that and it wouldn't accept the VD10 code. Still cheap. I've got it sitting on my screen now waiting to go.
Don't forget that one thing that you can't think of right now that you'll wish you had added to your cart later.

IMO, that's a very good thing they're doing...looking out for their customers, to hopefully prevent fraudulent CC purchases! They've probably been notified by a CC issuer that a scammer made a purchase from them yesterday or earlier today. Better to randomly check with customers for awhile then, to see if they'd actually placed an order with them or not.

If it won't for you after several tries though, yep...I'd give them a call. They've been very helpful when I've called with questions or a website problem.
I priced out the parts (4 deck screws and 2 fill hole screws) and the cost of the shipping and then decided to just pick up 2 more kits for $4.99 each + $2.65 shipping at MadVapes and it was cheaper.. That's what I did when I was stocking up on KFL's a few years ago. $5 for the whole tank was cheaper than getting spares separately.
Some parts are worth getting from McMaster Carr though. On the deck screws the underside of the heads are sort of rounded. With the MC screws the bottom of the heads are completely flat which makes it a little easier to trap the wire. I got a bag of 50 and replaced all mine. Also I've gone through quite a few fill screw o-rings.
