    Glad someone feels confident.

Age might be a factor. At my age and knowing how long stuff has lasted me for 10 years, I know I have more than enough for my lifetime. If I were 25, I would be stressed about it.

In 10 years, I dropped one mod in the pool and killed it and had a few older ego batts die. Everything else still works.

Good to know. I keep thinking about reading someone on here with 156 mods thinking I will never have enough. Maybe maybe not.

Quality over quantity. I could have 6 dozen Smok mods and be SOL in six months, or ten other mods of better quality that will long outlast those by a long time. I hedged my bets by buying several different brands/chips....some dna, some yihi, Provari etc. I have some mechs, some new, some from maybe 10 years ago. I’d have to see those 156 mods before I got jealous ;)

As others have said, quality matters.

I have 3 mods and am totally not worried about not having enough.
    1. A Provari P3 that I've had 4 yrs at the end of this month. Paints rubbed off but still works like new.
    2. A Provari v1.5 that I bought maybe 3 yrs earlier than the P3. It's been dropped a dozen times and still sort of works.
    3. A Siam Cube mech mod won in a raffle maybe 7 yrs ago. Beautiful thing, but too heavy. No electronics and parts can be found at a hardware store.

My bet was on Provari, my original mini is 8 yrs old and still like new :) So if I get 8 years out of each Provari I have I am good to go!
You can see I did that too. Not worried as the P3 was a much better constructed vape tool than its predecessor. At 4 yrs in it's still working like new, whereas the v1.5 started getting sketchy just past the 2 yr mark. Maybe because I started dropping it. Maybe not LOL. I do know spare parts are still readily available online, despite their demise two months after I got my P3.

As leaky as the vivi nova was, those orings are probably useless , but I’m sure at least a couple of bags came with them. I did a pretty thorough clean out about a year ago. Mainly because someone was looking for some old gear they couldn’t buy anymore and I knew I had. Somewhere. In one of the boxes. It was painful, but at least now I’m down to things I actually might use, and the stuff I won’t found homes
OK, you jinxed me. Putting some stuff away I dropped my ProVari/Nova combo five feet onto a hard floor, something that's happened dozens of times. The tank popped off the base with a sheared off oring hanging out. First time ever!:D
