I've been getting an epic 12 days of battery life using Samsung 30q's(18650s) on my Squid Double Barrel, using a .85 ohm single coil at 17 watts.

If it weren't for an impending ban, I would snag a few for that price just for fun (as you mention), but with no guarantee of being able to get those proprietary batteries in the future, I can't justify adding it to my stash as I already have way too many built in battery mods that need to be gone through before using any 18650 mods. It's really a shame to turn down a deal like that.If anyone is interested in these Innokin Disrupter, there is a sale, I picked one up just for fun
Personal Vaporizer E-Cig - Innokin - Disrupter Control Body - 50W
Innocell to go with it- Battery - Innokin - Disrupter Innocell Battery - 2000mah
I think you will be glad you did. Every time I see one of those posts, I remember when we had discussions about button top batts. Many said, those aren't going anywhere, batteries will always be available. And look what happened. Sure some batts will be available and maybe other stuff from China but I am not going to bet on it or on the price being affordable. Are we overly paranoid and crazy for prepping the way we have? Or are those that are not preparing the ones that are crazy? I ask this because over the past month or two, when I post in other topics on the forum, people reply to any idea of prepping as silly because they think nothing is going to happen. I get replies like "They might just tax things a little bit, we will still be able to buy nic and hardware"... Or "hardware will always be available, they won't ban that", or "you need liquid to vape, so that will always be around"... And many of those who do think something might happen are not preparing because of things like they believe nic expires in like 6 months. Then you have those that do not want to DIY and they are stocking up on Juul pods.
Personally, I think I am being a realist and the signs of the impending doom could not be any clearer. And I feel bad for those people because this is one instance where I do not want to be the guy to say "I told you so".
Even if I am off my rocker, it's not a waste... vaping will now cost me about 19 cents a week for the 1st 3-4 years, until I get through all of the built in battery mods (for PG/VG) and then 43 cents a week for the rest of my life (PG/VG/Batteries)...I think you will be glad you did.
In the future, probably not too distant future when their supplies run out and they still want to vape we can say I might sell you a little something if the price is right. Are we overly paranoid and crazy for prepping the way we have? And who are informed, think they have another year because if a company submits to the FDA they can sell the product for "up to a year" until denied or approved. (Not taking into consideration that they do not even know who is going to submit what, let alone if their application is at the top of the stack and gets quickly denied).

Sure, I can set them right up! I can spare a Kfun clone, some wire, a Kamry 101 mech mod, and 100ml 6% nic for $200... (My cost, like under $11)...In the future, probably not too distant future when their supplies run out and they still want to vape we can say I might sell you a little something if the price is right.
I don't have many with internal batts, so just grabbed a couple of the innokin's. I have a few T18 internal tube batts and a couple of Aspire K3's but that's it except for these two I grabbed today. So for me just a fun thing to add to my normal stuff LOLIf it weren't for an impending ban, I would snag a few for that price just for fun (as you mention), but with no guarantee of being able to get those proprietary batteries in the future, I can't justify adding it to my stash as I already have way too many built in battery mods that need to be gone through before using any 18650 mods. I remember in 2016 many thought we were crazy stocking up, but I am so glad I had such a good start on my stash so this time around it wasn't starting from scratch. I'd rather be an ant than a grasshopper these days, let them laugh, I don't care, I'm ready! Are we overly paranoid and crazy for prepping the way we have? I no longer discuss the need to prep or stock up except to a new member who may not be aware.
If you go to MFS and use their 17% off code (17OFFALL), they come out to $6.60 per box. If you have any points there, you get $1.00 off your order, for every 25 points you use. Free S/H starts at just $35.00 order total. There are quite a few boxes in stock.
(I don't know what happened to your other quote I had in here, about RMV and the 30W iSticks, but....)
I love RMV, too. The owner is a really nic guy, IMO.
The 30W iStick has the spring loaded 510, which many people especially like about it, compared to the others.![]()
Now - I'm wondering if "We" should tell @MikeE3 anything about the sale ? ? ?![]()
I think Mike and Janet are pretty well set for Zenith coils
Actually, I'm kinda in Mike's shoes. If I buy a mod, I should go for something that will handle a larger mod like the Silverplay ...

My two new Aegis Legends Jade and Snakeskin. Both are purty.
Yeah, I think the 'superior' attitude is b.s., not just with vape prepping. I've tried to convince people I know in person they need to prepare for the s**tstorm that's fixing to hit. Mostly I've been ignored. I feel bad for people that won't be ready, but as broke as I am, and I'm getting prepped, if they aren't working at it with warning, I guess they're sol. I can't afford to take care of my needs and theirs too. This is me. I have started comments elsewhere and then deleted them. Especially the “woe is me, but I won’t do anything to help myself” posts. DIY is not magic. Folks everywhere on forums are trying to convince others to try it. There are a million excuses.
BUT that being said. I do NOT judge those people who cannot afford to prep, cannot physically do it, do not yet know about what’s happening (not for one second do I expect people who work hard and raise their kids or TCB every day to stay on top of the ban garbage because, I mean, who’s got time for that? They were able to buy every day freely for years, and one day go to their local shop and BAM suddenly they find out).
You know who I’m talking about. I expect a true rush to boards in an actual state of panic if/when flavored eliquids - not even to mention, gear - is banned federally. I won’t sit back and feel smug, oh no. I’m always going to weep for the smokers who really want to quit and the bans step on their necks. I’ll be glad to help anyone who genuinely asks and has a genuine need. As for those who come scrambling afterwards, pshing and shushing preppers? Bye.
