5.2 Ah * 3.7V (nominal) = 19.2 Wh.

You could take five of them and still be OK (but just barely).
You are Johnny on the Spot with this help! Thank you so much!!!! :D Now I don’t have to stress-worry about it all night.

Wanting to bulk up on flavors in preferred mix. Bull City and Wizard both OOS on some. Can anyone recommend other source(s) for FlavourArt, 16oz? Should be around $43 on this size. Thanks

Hartlandvaps has them.

I did find iSticks, particularly 30w, at a couple of the sites the ladies led me to, but I haven't bought one yet. I truly don't need another mod, but the iSticks have been part of the vaping landscape since I came late to the game three and a half years ago. In fact, I quit smoking with two istick basics. I just find myself wanting a 30w.

Still, I'm betting I wind up with an istick 30w.
$24.96 Authentic Eleaf iStick 30W 2200mAh Variable Voltage / Wattage APV Box Mod - 2-8V / 5-30W / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping $21.22 after 15% discount code- free shipping. They have other colors, might be a buck or so more.

I’ve experienced battery failure in person. I had two batteries in a charger in my garage and heard a funny noise so came out to check. The batteries exploded in the charger and melted the charger. One battery launched about 15 feet and hit the garage door.
I fell asleep with an old cheap Z-max in my hand that had an 18650 in it with the wrapper partly torn on the side. I will never do that again. I woke up in the middle of the night because my hand was burning. Then the bottom cap exploded off the mod and the battery flew out on the bed, the whole thing was glowing red and shooting flames. It started melting my memory foam mattress and sinking into it, I used the Zmax to fling it out onto the tile floor until it finally burned out after what seemed like several minutes of flames, it was glowing red for some time afterwards. I now have an 18650 hole in my mattress that is like 8 inches deep (a little longer and wider than an 18650, but you get the picture). Lesson learned, always re-wrap your batteries. lol

The really stupid part about that is that just a week or two ago, I asked in this thread if a minor tear on the bottom of the wrap of one of my wife's 18350's was ok... I was thinking it was just on the bottom so it should be ok. smh

It's just a colossal kind of Colossus night. Not quite as good as the Night of the Vixen but still a good night.

Love the drip tip :)

As you've most likely guessed, MM tips!

There have been quite a few comments lately about credit cards being overworked, people feeling uneasy at times and sometimes definitely stressed ...about what, and how much, they've needed to buy, how/where to store or stash everything, etc. Adding to that is the uncertainty and BS about flavored eliquid bans, outrageous tax on nic base, possible online shopping bans for vaping items, the May 2020 deadline, the misinformation being spread, etc., etc.

I was just talking earlier tonight with a very good friend (another ECF member)...about how we feel about our own "stocking up", the cost of doing it, and the necessity of even having to do it at all. We both agreed that we'd definitely spent a good amount of money and in a fairly short period of time, too. But...knowing how our health has improved while vaping instead of smoking, and that stocking up has guaranteed us that we can vape for the rest of our lives if we choose to...it's a huge relief, and has made it all worthwhile.

I'd done some quick figuring, too, while blowing through the $ lately...based on the ciggies I used to smoke, and how much per week. They were $56/carton, and now are likely a minimum of $70/carton. They'll probably be much higher over the next 20 years, too. Even using the $70/carton figure...it would've cost me approx. $3,640 per year to continue to smoke. That amount, times the minimum 20 years I've gotten "stocked up" for...would be $72,800. I'd have nothing to show for it except most likely much poorer health, if I'd even be around another 20 years. So, putting that in perspective...what I've spent on "stocking up", has been a drop in the bucket. I'd be willing to bet that it would be a drop for anyone, who calculates and compares it. :)

Closer to $100 here in CA.

I'm still not stockpiling, just watching very carefully what's going on legislatively. But I'm most certainly going to get more nicotine base soon, possibly on Black Friday or during holidays sales. Should this outrageous tax hike ever happen (which I still doubt), I figure we'll have at least 3 months to get more nic. The only unknowable at this point are state bans--like Massachusetts. That's a big risk. But since the deaths from "vaping" seem to be subsiding and the hysteria associated with them also, I hope no more states will propose any outright bans in the near future.

Fingers crossed.

Oh, that's terrible! I'm so sorry, Pappa! When did this happen?????

Well, tears on battery wraps are always dangerous, no matter where they are. Do you buy your batteries from a reputable vendor? Mooch has a list of recommended batteries and vendors on his blog--did you check it?

My stash fits into a notebook type thing.

I just wish I had found squonk 2 years earlier.. Mech squonk & reg mechs. Means I'm set. I do have 2 regulated mods Nikola Medea & Asmodus Colossal. I am amazed at all of the shopping everyone is doing.. But I'm the oddball here just lurking :) as for attys I feel I have plenty as well. And enough rayon to get me through 2 or 3 lifetimes. I don't see anything on the market that is super attractive to me right now.. Looking forward to see what is created in the next generation.

So, if you buy recommended batteries from reputable sources, make sure no tears are there and use them as recommended (appropriate resistance), are you safe? Any battery venting incidents where everything was done right?

On paper, yes. But nothing is 100% safe--I've seen reports of cell phones and laptops exploding/overheating and causing injuries. Batteries store power, a lot of power, and that power is always trying to escape...

Most catastrophic venting incidents with e-cigs I'm aware of happened with mechanical mods, especially with hybrids. But I know very little about it because I don't use mechs. But I've also seen pictures of melted chargers and burnt eGo batteries.

I always charge my batteries when I'm around--never overnight--and on a stone counter. I never put batteries freshly off the charger in my mods--they need to calm down a bit. I have a good charger, good batteries, use good vendors. What else can you do?

My stockpile will replace at absolute minimum. $150000 worth of smokes.

If I was still smoking it would cost me a extra $1200 per year just from the recent tax hikes since I quit.

I don't have to worry a bit what the fools in Ottawa or the profit driven manufactures do.

Embarrassingly enough, not too long ago. Out of 12 years of vaping, it was my first and only mishap (knock on wood). 18650batterystore.com is where I usually get batteries.Although, against my better judgement, I did get some button tops from ebay (4 panasonic for 8 bucks and free shipping). My last 4 came from eightvape though because I needed to get my total over a certain amount to qualify for a promo.

Well, unfortunately we will be seeing what is created from a distance. We're going to be stuck with disposable, non-refillable, all-in-one, pieces of over-priced, over-taxed garbage. And we will probably have a selection of 5+/- products. With the way things have been changing, other countries will have access to products that are light years ahead of us.

eJuices.com has 31% off sitewide on ANY order $40 or more, code: NOTRICKS.

EDIT: You guys are always talking about Zenith's, they have INNOKIN ZENITH D22 MTL TANK (3ML) for $12.31 after the discount and coils for $6.17 after discount (that's only if you get above $40 of course).

Yeah wish I could stock up like all of you that can. Just cant afford it. I do have 2 bottles of 54 strength nic, batts pg, vg, and coil replacements. I love my subvods I have 10 of them. 5 for back up that are old, and 5 new ones. I have the tanks. I just need to buy replacement coils and flavoring. I wish I can DIY flavor, I don't have equipment for that though. As long as Vapor4life continues to sell my coffee flavor and traditional tobacco flavor I'll be good. I also have a mini kbox, mod. I have 3 18560 batteries for that. I have the battery charger also. I have replacement glass and coil replacements for kbox mini also. Other then that I also have a smok mod Forgot what thats called. That's less then a year old.

I think you’re better prepared than the folks I know. Ten mods should last a surprising number of years, and the nic may not be a lifetime supply, but long enough to either taper off or come up with a new plan.

All of this stocking for the rest of our lives is based on the world as it is today. We can’t guess what will come along in 10-20 years, and there may be some other invention that replaces vaping.
