They did this same thing to snus several years ago. It didn’t stop the purchase, but changed shipping from around $5 usps to having to ship it ups with adult signature which drove shipping cost to $20-$40. Now we snus users just order a year worth at a time to offset the shipping cost.

The actual cost to ship adult signature domestically through USPS is an additional $6.40.

My guess is the Snus had to be sent via UPS and their shipping can be way higher than USPS, depending on areas, etc.

Only a guess since I have never ordered Snus.

I've still got a couple of unopened packs myself; one here in FL and one up in PA. Thing is, they're coming up on six years old and they haven't been in the freezer, meaning they'd probably be really extra vile. I guess I should just throw them out.

Since it seems e-liquid here is adult signature required (at least from some vendors), and I fear that everything else may be soon, I'm really keeping track. The law effective 10/1 is actually that all "nicotine products" are adult signature required, but this is the first time I've run into it so far. My first adult sig required package is due today, and of course I won't be home. Expensive and inconvenient.

If Trump does announce a nationwide flavor ban next week, how long do you think it will be before it goes into effect? Immediately? And if there is a ban on all nic that is not tobacco or menthol flavored, that would probably include 100mg unflavored as it is not one of the 2 acceptable flavors, correct?

I am asking because I am holding off until the last minute to grab 2 more liters to add to my 15.5L... I figure with 17.5L my wife and I will not need to start tapering down as soon, or to use for my unprepared son who says he will quit if there is a ban and cannot do it (he only vapes 6mg, not 18-20mg like us, if I taper him down pretty quickly to 3mg 2L would last him quite some time).

My credit card is half melted at this point, it's hot to the touch, and was hoping to let it cool off for a month or two. lol. But I do not want to miss out on my last chance to get 2 more liters, just for comfort sake.
