Is it expensive to start up? I love good coffee and am a bit of a coffee snob. Doesn't work too well in this area where everyone thinks nothing is better than folgers or 8 oclock.

ETA, I am from coffee land where there is a shop on every corner (Seattle area).

Sweet Maria's Home Coffee Roasting to home roasting is what ECF is to vaping. Plenty of information and one of the best for green beans and equipment. They sell a fresh roast twice a week, so you can try before committing. The initial setup will cost you between $50 and $1500. $400 will get you a decent home roaster. Beyond that it's all savings and they rack up quickly. Well, except when it becomes a hobby (like vaping lol). What's more important is that the quality can't be matched by store bought coffee. And it allows you to try out fancy expensive(when store bought) beans.
Like Markfm said, you'll need to roast outdoors or have a really well ventilated room.

Good to know, I tried separating mine, no luck even with vise grips lol so I figured it didn't come apart. I do have a lot of trouble getting tanks and things apart,must be me.

Yeah, adding liquid probably is not the safest thing for me to be doing while driving, but it can pretty much be done without really looking at it... and I wouldn't be doing it in traffic, just long open stretches of highway (barreling down the road at 80mph). lol

Yes, it's the Silverplay w/ adjustable air flow, 2 post. We may be up to 10 'em now ... yep easy to build and a good vape. Just don't forget to close off the juice control sleeve more than you think on your 1st build ... then adjust from there. I left mine wide open thinking I had enough rayon stick through. Nope, not at all. Major flooding and leaking on my 2nd fill up.



Yep again, my most used mod, basically every day, I bought in Oct of 2015. I've got older ones still working but not in continuous use since I got them. And for me that's typical, most of our mods date back to that time frame.

I guess the vape gods had pity on me, and said... here is the Silverplay, the one tank you can build in your sleep and still can’t mess up lol. I’ve never had a leak, flood, or found it to be finicky about the build. Most of my other rtas/rdas have some quirk to get them to optimal. And then there was the True... I think I’m the only one who couldn’t get it to work. It either leaked like a broken dam, or vapor locked. After two weeks and heaven knows how many different builds, I pifed it to someone for whom it (of course) performs flawlessly.

Do you use 26 ga for you 2mm coils also? Was just wondering if it's a problem w/ the heavier gauge wrapping around and fitting under the deck screws.

Up until yesterday I didnt have a 2mm mandrel only 3mm so thats all I built. But my coil building kit came.

Last night went to wick a KFL. It was an Infiniti clone. I only have a couple of them, mostly I have EhPros. Discovered the deck insulator was breaking down. It was burned looking and coming apart at the center end and little fibers were coming loose off the sides. That's the first insulator I've had a problem with. I've only had the Infiniti for a few months. Hoping they just came with crappy insulators and the EhPro are better quality.

My inventory list said I only had 6 spares but when I looked there were 16. 12 were light colored like the ones that come in the tanks and 4 were brown. No idea when I got them.

KFLs are my main tanks. I have plenty of most spares but I might look for some more deck insulators. Maybe pins as well, only got 4 of them.

Are you sure? I thought you'd gotten some of them. I posted about them originally about 2 years ago, and they've been selling them for $.75 each since then. Also had bundle deals for 7 of them for like $3.99-$4.99. Lots of people bought multiples of them back then. More have lately, too! They must have ordered a ___load of them from their supplier years ago...to still have some to sell.

It is the drip tip, the 510 is a delrin that has like an adapter bottom so it fits on the 810. You could use that drip tip on others but couldn't use your fav tips with it as it is all one piece.

Oh ok, the delrin is too short for me, but using it at the moment.

Pretty sure I saw those insulators at Creme de Vapes yesterday.

Warm soak in a little pg, it'll lube the o-rings
