I did exactly that up in PA when they passed their 40% wholesale tax on vape goods in 2016. I made it a point to be fully stocked on consumables before it went into effect, and I've only bought hardware since then when I'm down here in FL. I refuse to let them have so much as a dime.
I avoid taxable events at all costs!
I moved to Texas for no state income tax or tax on food @grocery store, some people think our property taxes are high in terms of %,,, but our housing & cost of living is so cheap,,, $600 property tax a year is fine with me. Besides I fell in love with Kemah & NASA / ClearLake is nice

Just curious, anybody knows what is exactly their ultra premium? The descriptions of their different nicotine bases are identical.
Strangely a liter of 48mg is more expensive than a liter of 100mg. Both are house nic.
I see many people buying glass bottles and planning to decant nicotine into smaller glass bottles. It makes more sense to leave your nic in original bottle or if you wish transfer to 1 liter glass bottles. Dividing 1 Liter into 8 or 9 bottles will only expose it to that much more oxygen and doesn't make sense if you're gonna use that liter 10 years later only. You only need to decant into smaller bottles when you break into that bottles.

I do this (transferring plastic liters to smaller glass bottles) because I figure over the long term it'll go bad from being in the freezer in plastic instead of glass than from the air exposure during transfer. Can I just leave the plastic jugs like from Heartland Vapes in a freezer for doomsday storage and decant them later when I need to use that jug?
Glass is better than plastic because it is less permeable to oxygen and inert chemically. I transfer all nicotine to 1L glass bottles and store in freezer. Only when I break into that liter I transfer to 4 Oz bottles rather than do that many years in advance.
