When I was in grade school the principle had one of those.
Depending on the offense you got 5,10,15,or 20 wacks.
It was quite effective at keeping the kids in line.

Creamer will do. Heavy whipping cream is cheap. Vodka, coffee, sugar, heavy whipping cream. That's how I like it. Nice on a cold day.

My local PO lost 2 carriers lately so the remaining smurfs are scrambling.
My 5 replacement 510 connectors got delivered to the wrong house. On the wrong street even.
Their GPS tracker knows exactly (within 3 feet) where our packages are/were.
Hopefully the recipient has been too busy to deliver it here but they didn't leave it in the box either.
PO knows they screwed up so I'll get reimbursed but it'll suck if it got opened and went out with the trash.
Glad it's long term gear and not last minute essentials.

First issue with USPS since I started vaping 6.5 years ago. No problem, I'm still a fan.

I just got back from my post office, with a supervisor call coming in when they hopefully locate my package. Tracking shows it out for delivery last Friday and nothing since. My first lost package in years too!

I hadn't seen it anywhere either (agree with @fiddleshe, think it was a joke, or at least meant to be as absurd as the proposed amount is), but taxes only ever seem to go up...

Most of your outrageous comments I let roll off. Not this one. As a survivor of a very violent first marriage NEVER joke about this EVER.

It makes it feel to someone in that situation that they are an object to be made fun of at a time when their self esteem is already horribly low. It makes it very hard for them to feel they are worth anything better than the horror they are living.
