Haven't dehydrated anything yet, but looking forward to doing it.......without added sugar is a real bonus for us since we eat mostly low carb. While bananas are not considered low carb, dehydrating them for chips sounds really good!

Solved the problem of what to get Himself to order me for Christmas. I’d love to do dehydrated fruits! Plus, it sounds like it’ll replace both my smaller air fryer, and my “toaster” oven which has a dehydrator setting, but does a meh job of it.
Hubby bought me a Pandora bracelet the other day for no reason.. His thinking is since I don't like to own stuff..i can wear memories.

My day was brutal. We need to eliminate the high stress holidays, man, I had the kind of day that would make a person weep. From a health perspective anyway, dude, like everyone gets sick.
I had to do 25 notes that would be IN addition to the oh, 8-10 I do daily along with seeing patients! I started around 10. Done at 7:30, though "F this' and did yoga anyway, then ate late.
Of course these are the weeks that like, make you rich, bonus wise, so there is THAT. I ate late, watching TV after talking to husband and ordered my Fumytech atomizer from 3Fvape. They're fast, and they were the cheapest. Now, if I love it I can buy extras after the holidays with bonus money. God. The new providers are great, but on the wrong day my "Can you come consult I value your opinion": thing can get out of hand. Like, one day I had SEVEN of those. I save them for week's end in one batch so I don't miss any. Wed about gave me a heart attack, I had like 7 undone notes and I was like "HOW did I forget a day?" But no.
I think the best way to shorten my nots (other than eliminating "that" which I don't on here, is to eliminate the conversational style. Like "Blah said" and "patient said, "and blah explained." I am gonna figure out a way to learn to do this more instinctively. I think it's less useful but lets face it, a billing auditor will like read five of my notes, apart from billing trying to rip it to shreds. They could care less about note "style" but they really get agitated about like, freaking typos, wrong gender and time issues. I have fixed those.
This is going to take 20 years of undoing but at this volume I gotta summarize.
Oh well, it's SATURDAY still. Were I working tomorrow I might die. Tomorrow is for me. And Walmart.
