I tried siliconing the outside where the pin leaks. It works for awhile, but the liquid eventually works its way out. I think it's necessary to remove the pin and seal it in like Pigs did. Putting hot glue in there on the outside would probably have the same issue that silicone on the outside did.

Spent the day prepping for Thanksgiving. Two huge pans of cornbread chicken dressing, sweet potato casserole, dozen eggs hard boiled for deviled eggs, four pies (husband requested a peanut butter pie - I make mine with an Oreo pie crust), and ready for tomorrow’s 22 lb bird, mashed potatoes & gravy. Dear Cousin and Aunt are here, of course, as MIL has just passed and we are all together in her memory, and it is a great comfort.
Right now I am enjoying a Fireball and Egg Nog cocktail, something I have never had before, mixed by Dear Cousin. It is scratching an itch I didn’t even know I had!
Not sure exactly what to buy for Black Friday vape sales; I do have some stuff in a cart on FT but nothing exciting. Still awaiting delivery of my Jackaroo from Vaporl (same situation as commenter before mine; it’s been weeks), a FT order with Serpent Elevate replacement glass, mesh, Profile clone, and about 90 pieces of Wotofo wicks just for the heck of it. Armageddon squonk is somewhere in the greater 48 but I have not yet checked today to see where.
I guess if someone asked me what I’d like to find a good deal on, I think, honestly, I miss being able to get good deals on eliquid. I received a coupon from ITC Vapes and can’t use it. Really, tho, I have so many mods and RDAs now, juice is the only thing I’d buy.

I was thinking of encasing the entire electronics board with it. That would stop liquid from getting on it.

You have to screw on an atomizer and take the pin out with pliers. My hands were cramping when I did my repair, so I couldn't get it out and just sealed the outside. Here's the video I saw on the repair.

Glue sticks are not that sticky. The glue would eventually come unstuck. And the liquid would still be getting inside. The fix doesn’t look too hard. I’m still putting mine away for a long long time. A $5.99 squonk that I don’t really like is not worth burning my house down with my son and cat inside. It’s back in the stash box for really desperate times.
My battery is shot too. My son is so sweet and he had it on his portable charger for me when I got home. So sweet...
