You using live shrimp? What do you guys target?
Yes, live shrimp, sometimes artificial. salt trout, redfish, sheepshead, puppy drum, flounder... occasionally big mouth bass and sac a lait (crappie) in the brackish water. We don’t go way offshore much anymore.

The pulses are awesome little beasts! My worry is batteries + saltwater doesn’t sound like a good idea.
For saltwater I'd go to a true mech squonker, the kind with the L shaped positive contact, with a plastic or resin body.

When you're done for the day, pop the battery and rda, rinse the mod with fresh water.
My rebuilt vpdam leons or s rabbit is perfect for that kind of day. SS modmaker 510, copper contacts, the rest is plastic or resin.

I bought a ham for myself too, lol.

My family is fine, my grown kids are being a PIA. Invited them over, saying it doesn’t have to be on the 25th, let me know any day that’ll work for you. No reply from son. Daughter replies a week later she wants to do Christmas at her place. It’s a 40 minute drive, which is difficult for me in broad daylight, and a total Fear Factor at night. Plus, she’s invited her BF’s family. BF is adorable and I love him, but I’ve never met his family. I just can’t bear to be stuck with total strangers for this, holidays stress me out enough. I just lost my mom in September.

My sister and brother and SIL have invited me to theirs, but that’s even more depressing - I love them, but if I can’t be with my kids, my part of the family, I’d rather be alone.

I’m pretty much set on telling everyone to go fly a kite, turn off my phone and ignore them all till next year sometime.

Im alone again this Christmas. I’ll have my usual Trix cereal or Poptarts lol! Then have dessert!

Friday, it was part of the other spending bill for military, they sneak things in. Not sure when effective date is
That's how easily another liquid/hardware ban or restriction on nic distribution can happen on the coattails of other legislation. It's good to be stocked up well before the Deeming Regulations take effect.

Pretty soon legal adult age will be 40 in the USA  SMFH

Gotta protect those 39 year old "children" o_O

Next thing you know, adulthood begins at age 70. So from cradle to grave they have to "protect" you either because you are legally a child or elderly, nothing in between.

That sucks for 18-20 yo smokers and vapers.
Yeah I'm really not sure how they're supposed to handle this I read that there's someplace I'm not sure if it's the whole United States or just an area I think maybe just New York is mandating that some insurance offer smoking cessation products as a 100% covered thing but I mean at least with vaping more people have died from pharmaceutical anti-smoking medication than have died from inhaling vitamin E acetate and illegal thc carts.. it's prolly a hell of a lot easier for someone to get a hold of a pack of smokes than it is to get a hold of illicit Vape material so all these 18 to 20 year olds who have been vaping are probably also going to be pushed onto cigarettes. It blows my mind that the United States government and a good portion of the people think that an 18 year old is mature enough and composed enough to go kill people in war but they can't decide whether or not to use nicotine or drink alcohol. Maybe they need to raise the military age to 21 except that would negatively impact 18 to 20 year olds to because many people depend on military service to get into college

I haven't read the federal T21 law. If it applies only to selling, not posessing, then those folks do what we've all done, stock up for a couple of years. In the mean time if T21 has already been in place in a bunch of states, does it do what they want? Shouldn't they know by now?

I like the challenge of figuring out presents for 5 adult siblings, things they would never have bought for themselves but end up using regularly.

There are many in our government that want to lower the voting age to 16...

To be fair, a lot of them ARE. When I try to get them to parent, the number of times I have wanted to say "OH GROW A PAIR" is countless. I don't say it, but if there were one phrase I could get away with, with impunity, it might be that. That or, "I don't usually think or SAY this because CPS SUCKS but I think they might do a better job than you."

Cranky I cleaned the whole house but STILL.

Babies having babies. I will not stand for it,. I had a kid at 23 and I was a Natural Born Parent. It's like being a Natural Born Killer," it's like instinct. I am not saying the kid did not mess up a lot, but well, I did a great job.
