I also got the Boost RBA, but it's a pre order item. I have overspent this month and I was trying to back off spending but the deals out there! I could not resist. So much of the pods are only $3-$6, But I resisted those LOL
If Tobacco 21 meant they'd leave us the heck alone from now on I'd be all for it. But it won't, it hasn't happened in any state that passed T21, most of those states are still being pushed by the ANTZ to do more and the ANTZ were already calling for more restrictions THE DAY THE T21 PASSED! That's how satisfied these people are with the changes they cried for. Ridiculous.
Also if you want an example check out Hawaii, they passed T21 and still have some of the worst teenage vaping rates in the country. It hasn't accomplished anything that I've seen.

If that GC was from rebate points you converted, they're only valid for 3 months (dumbest rule I have ever heard of). Not sure if the value goes to zero in your account because I never let one expire before.
Not sure of gift certificates you pay for expire, that would be criminal.
I think when I read an article about it the other day, it would go into effect like in September. Too lazy to look... I just woke up and have not had my coffee. lol
EDIT: Had my coffee, but when I looked for it I could not find the original article I read, most just say "in later 2020" or Summer 2020 like you said in a later post... So I dunno.

Always wanted to fish for redfish down your way. Seen plenty of videos and they remind me of our Mulloway only not as big.

Yep the pulse is a true mech squonker with a plastic body. Has a single copper bar - thins out a bit more than the classic L shape but much the same
