I had like 10 tabs open in one of my browser windows each with an item I wanted from fasttech. Yesterday, before I was leaving for a family party I went to order them to take advantage of the Xmas eve coupon code. Well, the site kept messing up probably due to being bogged down by everyone. I had to reload each tab like at least 6 times each (so 60+ refreshes total). Now I was running late for the party, but I was finally able to get the pages to load and add the items to my cart and make the purchase, but there was no option for free shipping there which was strange, but I was in a hurry and it wasn't super expensive and thought maybe it was because of the size of the order (box size being big), so I just figured I would deal with it later.

Yesterday I never looked at the total of my bill, I was running late and in panic mode and was just happy to get the pages loaded. This morning I went to look at my order and noticed the price was pretty high, then I noticed that the quantities on two of my items were x3 and x4 when they should have been x1. I know what the problem was, sometimes on fasttech when you run honey, it changes the quantities... I knew that but again, I was in panic mode and did not check it... not even sure why I ran honey as I knew the code was XMAS15.

Luckily the order had not yet shipped and I was able to go in and cancel those 2 items and get a gift certificate refund. I then placed a new order with the correct quantities, ran honey and it changed the quantities again lol, but I was able to get 15% off still and I changed the quantities back. BUT there still was no option for free shipping... I placed the order with the cheapest shipping option and then went to go create a ticket, but they changed things a bit and now I cannot figure out how to create a support ticket.

Did any of you get charged for shipping and does anyone know how to create a support ticket now?

EDIT: I just created at ticket for "Receive the wrong item" and included some random images for the required images... it was the only way I could figure out how to communicate with them.

The support ticket link is in your profile, under your orders, my tickets, start a new ticket. I made a small order yesterday, free ship. I think the only time there was a charge was for an internal battery mod, since that needs to go by a different carrier.

I know where it is to create a ticket. But when you go there, it no longer has an option to simply create a ticket. It has a handful of common problems and you select those and go from there, but none of the common problems are related to my issue. I just created at ticket for "Received the wrong item" and included some random images for the required images... it was the only way I could figure out how to communicate with them.

And I know they charge more if you have batteries, but my neither of my orders had batteries.

Pulled an all-nighter last night. Didn't even start wrapping presents until after midnight. Took me longer than I thought, and then I got to that point where I ask myself..."If I go to sleep, maybe for just a few hours...will I even hear my alarm when I need to get up about 9AM? My answer is usually no...so I just stay up.

I cannot imagine pulling an all-nighter anymore. My circadian rhythm is much too strong. Somewhere close to midnight, my brain simply shuts down, and no amount of caffeine or nicotine seems to be able to prevent that anymore.

I missed out on that one but I did pick up a iJoy Shogun that I've been looking at and almost purchased a week ago for $30 for $15 as well as two of my new favorite out n about kits freemax gem kits a couple juices from Jam monster one of them was $2 because it was 0 nicotine but that's fine by me I've got plenty of that stuff well sort of plenty.

I almost went for the Famo Vape magma because it's literally buy one get one free and when I initially signed on to eightvape it was $9. I don't know if that was my browser or if the site had made a mistake but I kind of wish I had just followed through with the purchase because I would have gotten two of them for $9 but I do believe it's a mistake. Anyhow two of them for $30 isn't a bad deal but I decided I wanted the Shogun more.

However, that is a Refrigerator and what I got was a Freezer (From a Very Generous, Kind, & Gracious Friend - A true "MENSCH" - as a Christmas present and who is still passing on a few items to me that will be extreamly helpful too ) . . . Which has been set up (Ran Heavy duty Electrical Cord behind Dresser Tall Boy and through bottom of closet door into closet) - just not connected yet, until I can find a place to move the clothing next to it since it is "Hidden" in the bedroom closet behind the door . . .

Then it's get all the Bottles washed/dry and decant a few liters of Nic . . . . AND - Also Categorize/Reorganize/Label (especially who it goes to when I die) all the "STUFF" too . . . Maybe by New Years Eve . . . We'll See . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I saw that magma deal for $9.99, put one in the cart and didn't get back to the cart until just after midnight. It seems that when they turned on the BOGO they turned off the deal at the same moment. They had those Ijoy RBA heads that fit Baby Beasts marked down to one penny too, and they sold out almost immediately.

Thanks for pointing that out! Got 20 packs for just under $14 after using honey! (+7.95 shipping) Not sure if I will like them, but for the price it was worth the risk!!

well after the 8vape sale I am feeling much more comfortable in my drop in coil stash. It is one thing I really didn't think about in 2016. At that time I was all about rebuildables. Now I am all about tanks that can do either drop in or rebuildable. Then again the tanks have really improved since then.
