Strange, the last sale email I got from HV, it was only for $10 off the CNT only and 15% off bulk eliquid (12/17-12/20)...
I guess I didn't get notification of this latest one where all the nic was on sale.
Also, the sale appears to have ended as there are no discounts given right now.
Their newsletter system is wonky. Others have told me they don't get notifications of sales, even though the system shows they are subbed to the newsletter.
They also lied to me about 3 moths ago. I asked them why I was no longer receiving emails from them (been almost a year at that point) and they said they no longer send out newsletters, they just post everything to their FB page. Then, when I looked at their FB page, they haven't posted to it in YEARS! lol. Why lie like that?
They also kinda ...... me off recently because I emailed them asking (kindly) why they send my packages with signature required when everyone else here seems to have their's shipped with no sig required.
No response, that was was over a week ago.
Then, a few days later, I got a shipment and almost all the caps on the glass bottles I ordered were shattered (just the caps, not the bottles). I emailed them (kindly) to let them know (I didn't even ask for replacements),
no response. That was probably almost a week ago now.
My final shipment is going to come in a few days, I ordered more bottles and extra caps to replace the shattered ones. I hope they all come not busted or else I will demand they sent new caps this time. It's not the cost, it's the principle of the matter. Business is business, I don't like unresponsive businesses (which is why I always hesitate to order from 8vape - lots of people say trying to get CS from 8vape is impossible. So far, so good, though. Hope I don't get any DOAs or anything that requires CS on the 2 orders I placed in the past 2 days).
Oh well, I don't foresee ever needing HV again. I'm pretty much all stocked up on nic and hardware at this point. Probably too stocked up, especially on the hardware.
