Did you download the newest update?Apparently they did a good job of refining the TC. I don't use it anyway.
I must have the 90w version as none of the updates work for me. SO perhaps that explains the difference I see in its use. Though I have only briefly messed with TC it did not seem any better or worse than on any other TC device I have. I just have never really got into using TC on a regular basis having started before it was in existence.

I was just on the thread that @BigPappa started asking people who are not prepping why they aren't prepping.

After I saw one response there from someone [a prepper] who knows other vapers [in the meat world] who aren't prepping, it got me thinking...

As a vaper vaping in a post-apocalyptic world, one has to be careful who one vapes around, particularly other vapers and former vapers, and ESPECIALLY if nic is taxed super-high. Otherwise you may find your house broken into and possibly even hurt or even killed.

Nic base and the gear you use to vape it will be akin to illegal drugs the harder they make it to get it. In certain situations, you may not be able to safely vape around other people without risking your stash. Some will be in this situation more than others.

Stay safe stockers....and be wise. If possible, never let people in the meat world know that you're a vape prepper. Same rules apply to vapocaplypse prepping as they do to apocalypse prepping.

It's time to start thinking and acting the "grey man" part.

This is my #1 concern with my stash. I have no alternative storage location other than my home. I don't have a large threat of a natural disasters(floods/hurricanes) but home burglary is definitely a concern. I just brought this up to my husband the other day. Before now my thought was if someone wants to break in my house they will be very disappointed. Everything can all be replaced with insurance. That may not be the case now. Do I really think an insurance is going to pay the ridiculous tax hixe about to be imposed...Hell no.

My insurance pays replacement costs. So if it cost me $50 2 years ago but it will cost me $200 today to replace it thats what they pay. Tax or no tax. But the thing is will those items even be for sale after May?

Most of my nic is in the freezer but a 10 yr supply, of 250, is behind the tv dinners in the kitchen.

Whew, we had a tornado coming right in our direction. 10 minutes in the basement and it weakened before it got to us. So stressful! No damage and we are fine and we have power. I heard three lives lost in other areas. :(
We got hit by the tail end of that storm yesterday. All my sisters kids were in the hallway covering with blankets. Glad it missed us this time. No storm shelter or basement in a mobile home is a scary predicament.

On the equipment side this will be the problem.
The taxes on my last nic purchase of $150 would be well over $10,000 if the proposed tax bill passes. You still think a corporation will care. I don't have much faith in the system.

Besides the tax I bank on nicotine being restricted to manufacturers eventually.

I've got enough nicotine base to last 3-4 years. But, when considering further purchases over the coming months which may be stored for many years (decades?), it occurs to me that it would best be stored in glass, not plastic.
Everywhere I look it seems to be sold in plastic bottles, and that includes what I have on hand already.
Anyone know of a source in glass?
I'm not really concerned about a difference in price (within reason), when you consider a liter is good for 2.5 years of consumption, $10-30 dollars isn't worth mentioning. I'd happily pay that much, or more for a discernable upgrade in quality anyway.

Someone sells it in glass bottles. Hmm who was that? Nude Nicotine?

Yes nude nic does sell it in glass. I ordered from mfs and asked about getting it in glass and they said one they sold did come in glass. However, when I got it, it was in plastic so I emailed them and they sent me one liter glass bottles for free.

The California nic tax proposal would turn a $50 liter of nic into a $5,000 bottle. This is why vaping is such a disruptive technology. 5 years ago a carton a week cost me $3,000 a year. Cost of ingredients for a year of DIY eliquid is about $25. I remember when long distance phone calls were expensive. The internet made them free. I think government officials can't comprehend what has happened to their Golden Goose.

I'm waiting for several Vandy Vape Pulse 80w squonk mods from flawless.com, couldn't resist the free shipping and $20 (coupon) price. Yes there have been issues with the temp control but apparently firmware has been upgraded. Youtube reviewers say it resolves the TC issue. I don't have the mods yet but I'll be looking into that fix and hoping for the best. I find FT has OEM bottles available.

I just got the Advken Dominator today. It has it's own RBA, is compatible with Smok coils, I need to check and see if the RBA fits the SKRR and NRG and Cerebus. I like the slide fill top on it and that it has the RBA and the deck is big, looks easy to work on. Advken Dominator Sub Ohm Tank

Is that a single or dual coil deck on that RBA? I can't find pics of the deck.

Single coil. I checked the RBA with NRG tank and it does not fit. Need to check the others.

Interesting, I would have bet money that the dominator deck would fit the NRG and I figured the EXO-S would also fit the dominator tank. They look like the same form factor. Guess you can't go by pics alone :D
