@NCC - That $34.85 price from fasttech for the 15 GT coils isn't that bad, IMO, compared to the regular price from US vendors (without a coupon code). You get (5) 3-packs, so it comes out to $6.97/pack = $2.32/coil. With FT, you'd have very minimal, if any S/H, too. However, I've seen them before for about $5.50-$6.00 per box from US vendors with a decent coupon code.

As a Tootle Puffer myself though, those 0.18ohm ones (recommended for use at 50-85W) are way too low ohms and used at much higher wattages than I could take. But, they do make a 0.5ohm 316L GT cCell, recommended for use at 15-40W. Those are the ones I've bought to try in my NRG tanks.

The 0.5 ohm gt ccell is probably the better bet for a more restrictive vape, a bit tighter draw than Vaporesso's lower ohm gt heads.

For the 0.5 ohm, try vaporl, under the heading "Vaporesso NRG Tank Replacement Coils". Right now I show them at $5.37 per 3 pack.

(JC is the price guru, I just track gt ccell because they're my favorite bb-compatible for restricted DL.)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Has anyone tried this tank? Has a single coil RBA included Smok™ Spirals Sub Ohm Tank - Vapor Authority

I bought 2 of of those tanks when they first came out. The RBA head was junk. The screw holes got stripped after just a few recoils, making the RBA useless. And I don't use wire thicker than 26 gauge. Maybe I got bad first-runs, but I wouldn't waste my money on it personally. That was the "straw that broke the camel's back" for me. Haven't bought a SMOK product since. Been burned many times before that. ymmv

I bought it, along with the 12VDC car adapter, and every other ProVari accessory available (some in duplicate).
Not much of that remains in operable condition today <sigh>. Still have two ProVari 2.5s and a Z-Atty-Pro. I'd part with the Z-Atty, since I suck at coil building. No way I'd part with the 2.5s themselves though, LOL.

I’ve got 2 Provaris 2.5s I’m selling. They don’t have enough wattage even if I’m tootle puffing. I’m keeping the 2 Procyons because they’re perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon!!

My 2016 stocking up was basic survival stock of the setups I really liked and little else. The deeming seemed like something that might not hold up to challenges, so enough to weather the storm for a few years seemed fine. In 2019 with vaping being treated as a scourge it feels very likely my future choices will not be available or will cost a great deal more. I think of it as beefing up and diversifying the stockpile in 2019.

I admit it was price that led me down the squonking rabbit hole. I had a chance to pick up a couple Vandyvape Pulse 80's last spring for $10 each and couldn't pass them up. That led to a few Profiles, Galaxies and Holics. Then the Luxotics and Athenas were cheap fun. The closeout Armageddons wrapped things up nicely.

For a total of about $250 I have a great variety of enjoyable squonk setups and spares. Nothing like that could have been stocked up at such a reasonable cost in 2016 and most didn't exist. I'm thankful many interesting options showed up on the market since 2016 and prices plummeted.

Part of the enjoyment of vaping for me has always been the research and the hunt, learning more and finding great deals. These last few months have been a lot of fun, whether it was for a tiny order or a bigger one. I can now keep a stash at a couple locations too.

ECF has always been about vapers helping vapers and that happens quite a bit in this thread. The sharing of styles, ideas and finds here has been a fun part of it too. Otherwise we'd be a pretty boring crowd right now, sitting tight, just waiting for the hammer to drop.

Ive found that vapers generously helping others happens on all the threads I’ve been on in the two years I’ve been a member. I absolutely love the comradier (is that a word?) of vapers ESPECIALLY on this forum.

I didn't get to my inventory today, too much other stuff to do. Maybe tomorrow :)

I’ll be doing the same but after the last of the recent flash sales purchases. Quite a few coming from Singapore so it may take another week or so.

Fortunately I started an inventory for insurance reasons ( $$ stabwoods) so I can update that list quickly and get to the new stuff.

You’re making me feel a tad bit better ;)
I’m almost 57, I couldn’t possibly NEED more mods, but that cushion of a few more feels safer

Where the same age and I’m thinking I should set up a Will just for ALL the mods I have. It’s kind of embarrassing. But not really lol!!

I've been thinking, it might be worth keeping an eye out for estate or yard sales that have collectios of vape stuff. We're hoping to live longer. It's still not forever.

Cross-quoted from the Who here is not stocking up thread.
If anyone chooses not to stock, I understand, that is your decision. No worries :)
I worry.
- That they will go back to smoking.
- That they will be begging those of us who have stocked to share.

Now I'm pretty well off, but even I can't stock enough stuff to save them all, and even if I could, doing so would risk getting busted as a black-marketeer. Nope, I'm not going there. What I have is for my personal use, and that's it.

I will feel genuinely bad for those who don't know what seems to be coming. But those who do know and refuse to prepare for it won't get a milligram of sympathy from me.

Somewhere out there
That tank is in Spinfuel's list of "Top 7 Spectacular RBA-Enabled Sub-Ohm Tanks"...published on Feb. 28, 2018. Just read about them and bookmarked the site last week. IMO, they gave lots of details and reasons for each one being on the list. Maybe it'll help you learn more about it.

Yes I ran across that list and I was curious about it too :)

Well I am concerned for them too but I don't want to beat them over the head to stock up but I will leave suggestions incase they get the urge. I also agree, I am not set up to support other vapers, I have a few items I could sell here and there but I stocked for me :)

Early on I realized I was not going to give or sell anything even if it is legal. I would support a close family member, and even that's not limitless. I'm encouraged that the politicians in NJ are openly discussing the issue of outlawing ecig flavors while menthol cigs remain for sale because of the financial implications for the state. Finally, a discussion of the real issue. I'm also fascinated by proposals to increase nic taxes by 2 orders of magnitude. That suggests to me they are being hasty, not as smart as I thought.

I have no second thoughts about the extra stuff I've got. I notice I prefer the oldest stuff I own even though some of the more recent atomizers have their uses.

That’s good idea. I don’t know if your familiar w the classies here and on VU but there are some great deals to be made on “older” gear esp on VU for some reason.
