I’m going to look for that. I got a tesla wye 85 today... light as a feather! It’s so light, I was a little leery of its durability. Glad to know you like the next version.

I think you’ll love it! I bought my first one at Element on sale for $36 or so. I found my blue one at Sourcemore during the holiday sale for $30 and it comes with the disposable Citrine tank. I don’t know anything about the tank, I just wanted the mod. I love it so much I would have paid more regardless of the tank. FT is selling the kits for $35, and Element is now selling the kits for $45. Mine are still fairly new, but I think they’ll be durable, like the Solos. They feel nice and smooth in the hand.

Were there two different options on the dominator at vapesourcing? I notice now that it says occ coil on the description and there is not a drop down menu to pick a different option. Maybe the one I got wasn't supposed to come with the rba even though it says it does on the box? It was sealed in plastic so I'm pretty sure no one opened it.

They started with no choice (had RBA in description), then went to choice of RBA or coil (RBA in description), then went to 'choice' of coil (RBA in description). I only know this because I kept checking the site when people started to talk about it changing, and I had 4 on order, and the RBA was the only reason I bought them. When I bought it gave no choice, and did end up with RBA's. I haven't checked since getting mine, but they never got rid of the part of the description saying the RBA comes with it, just at the top with the price. I'm surprised to hear it's listed on the box and it's not in there.

I ordered that same occ, but it has rba coil in the description. Mine won’t ship till after CNY. I still have time to cancel if you find out that’s the reason. Egad, and it was way cheaper than anywhere else

I'll let you know when I find out. I'm thinking that they are going to tell me the ones they have now don't include the rba. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that.

Found this on a thread “elsewhere” about the dominator... possible work around to using a bb rba in it...

“Quick update if you use reload glass you can use a tfv8 baby RBA, took me a while to figure it out but I only ordered the RBA sections a month or so ago. Luckily I had a reload already to test the glass on and there is just a half mm or so at the bottom of the RBA when fully assembled. No leaks and wicks like champ although with 3 mm coils the wicking is not as easy as most tanks now. But it is a tfv8 RBA so the juice capacity goes to 5.2 ml with straight glass. I don't have reload bubble glass so I don't know how much it would hold then but with the slide top I don't see much point in making the tank wider and prone to glass breakage.”
He says tfv8 in his reply, but the ongoing discussion was about the bb rba. Not sure which he meant

Vapemail from ft: 50m of twisted 26 kanthal, 2/2.5/3 mm kuro koilers, Teflon drip tips, vape tweezers.

(The kuro koiler are similar to coil master coilers, with the following differences:
-Fixed diameter - a given coiler has a single diameter spindle
-Only 1 wire feed hole in the top
-Dual standoff heads on the smaller part that you spin

Since everything I make is in those 3 coil sizes, it's convenient to have clearly marked, color coded, jigs. Even better, I can do ccw coils when needed without the head trying to spin off.


The black Brunhilde mtl and packs of gt ccell from Vaporl showed zero tracking from initial shipping notice on the14th, but they just popped up as being at my local PO today (so I should see them tomorrow). While no status in the interim is a surprise, 15 days total from shipping to receipt will be really good for something from China.

I built the Dominator RBA, so easy to build and good vape. I am having leaking so my wicking must be too light. Will try a rewick and see how it goes.
