On a lighter note I just had two stuffed BBQ pulled pork sandwiches I made in the Instant Pot. I could eat three more it tastes that good but my stomach says stop please! So I sit here vaping my dessert feeling kinda chill myself. Right now nothing matters. Its all good.

The FT forums used to be a lot better. Now it's full of political trolls. Even worse, liberal political trolls. But still mildly useful. Problem is, if a forum account is tied to a user that has actually made purchases, FT won't ban that user. So they kinda have free reign to do whatever they want.

Might want to consider who your readers are. I bet half of us are liberal. I dont think you intend to offend.

Well it's such that even liberal-minded folks would probably agree. They make everything a political issue, even if you just ask what screws to buy for your RTA. lol. But it's always the liberals in the crowd there that do it and many have multiple accounts. Nothing better to do.

EDIT: I will say this about the FT forum. The current mod is pretty cool. I've earned probably close to $10 in rebate points in the past year or so for helping other FT customers and pointing out item descriptions that were wrong. FT is pretty quick to correct those.

If my apartment complex allowed them I might consider but then again the Instant Pot only took an hour. Lol

Quick instant pot pulled pork has become one of my favorite things to make. I use different spices and liquid each time and every batch is an adventure. Baked potatoes stuffed with pulled pork is a variation we enjoy as well. I'd like to get a smoker though for that delicious flavor with other meats too.
I expect I'll be making pulled pork as long as I vape, or in other words as long as I breathe!

Ok who is stocking their pantry incase of a quarantine? I went looking for dust masks because March in the SW is so windy & dust everywhere, I wanted the one with the valve and N95 filter. OMG the prices went so high and not available because of Covid-19. I did find a couple but won't be here until end of March, ack, I need them for March! I guess a bandana will have to do.

I've been figuring out where to put a small chest freezer in our house for nic, now I'm thinking nic in the bottom and pork butts stacked above them.

A stocking mullet - business at the bottom and a party up top!

did you know, smokers can pay for themselves?.
the very cheapest cuts of meat work best.
since i smoke weekly, my food budget is always down.
the electric ones are very easy to use.
i use remote thermometers, so it's no harder than using my oven.
