hmmm? Lighfire/Kanger site must be updating their billing for the new rules and regulations. I was never charged the PA ecig tax when placing orders with them.

In PA the tax rate for e-cigarettes is 40 percent of the purchase price from the wholesaler.

If you'll PM me, Mike, I can explain what happened this time when you ordered (or were going to order but didn't), and why. It has nothing to do with new rules or regulations.

Cheap thrill vapemail - modmaker 510 squonk connector parts. These are what I use to replace junk 510s on some squonkers.

Ozone has already shipped my last batch of commercial eliquids. Their prices are reasonable, as is shipping.

I have "about" 750ml of 100mg nic on hand, and another 250ml that should arrive tomorrow. At my current +-3mg/3-4ml, I will be 72+ before I need to worry about nic. At that point, I'll smoke...lol

I have 2 Origen Little attys, a solo, and 2 new Coil Art Azeruth squonk mods. Plus one(i can scavenge the partsfor ,many, many mores( cavenge Ram Stentorian squonker for "I need a light weight mod" purposes.)

Plus the parts and pieces of about 4/5 different squonk mods, that I can cobble together (boxer style, copper strip mods), on the squonk side.

Also 2 Kato Square Mods, and 3/4 kfl+'s, as well as twot Lemo 2's with a few spare parts.

I will make do....

I shouldn't post when I am drinking....lol

Too late....

I think that's the case for like 80% of all vape gear ever released
I have 2 frankenskull squonker clones that can attest to this. I have never managed to get them to fire every time I push the button. LOL

The have been tossed in the last resort box in the stash. Far to much work for even one puff.

The other day I was thinking why did I go on a pod buying spree last year, but now I'm glad I did, more stuff to play with as long as the batts last :)

I was caught out. Sure, I know of the PMTA of course, but I did not know that I would have a hard time getting my hands on a decent 200W mod.

I'll be buying like mad until I have 50+ mods.

Good luck shopping, do you have a vape shop nearby? Maybe easier to see what they have available than this shipping fiasco

Seriously, most can be expected conservatively to last at least a year. I wish I had a few more though. Probably my weakest link.

I'll be buying kits to make them, buying mech mods, serial and parallel dual battery systems with mosfets, ... I will not be without!

Looked up the new Colorado tax I was talking about. Apparently it's for juice only so that wouldn't have applied to anything I ordered recently anyways. Assuming we're talking about a common sense definition of "does not contain nicotine" and not the PMTA version.

"With the passage of Proposition EE, the new tax on vape products will start at 30% in 2021 and increase to 62% in 2027. Vaping products and devices that do not contain nicotine are not subject to the tax. "

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My Gearbest 4px/DHL Ecommerce package now shows
ORD / Arrived at the destination airport

But this is strange because looking at tracking on past 4px/DHL Ecommerce shipments "ORD / Released from customs: customs cleared. " is supposed to show before that.

    TIbDPlI.png

    My gearbest order cleared customs

ORD / Released from customs: customs cleared.

Apparently 4px tracking isn't updated frequently because it shows that entry with a timestamp on 3-28, yet it never showed until today, 3-31.

Want to gamble on if they use the Deemings definition of "Tobacco Product" or actually look at what is in the item? My bet is the Deemings definition. In which case even cotton can be called a tobacco product.

Edit: my guess is the exception you mention will only apply to CBD type stuff given recreational use of "the real stuff" is legal there.
