Hey Everybody. Hope everyone is feeling stocked and secure.

I slid under the wire with a final order of coils (Billet Box w/ .07 nautilus coils has been my daily for over a year now) and a healthy order from ITCVapes. Fell in love with their Turkish Blend 6mg right after my other favorite online retailer shut their doors and I no longer had their sweet tobacco flavor. Also the Nilla Gorilla is amazing MTL, and I was glad to stock up from them.

Been reading the threads, and it seems half the sky is falling but some vendors are trying to build a net? And then the PMTA hammer falls later this year? I can’t keep up. Looks for the most part pretty gloomy. Our stockpiles may yet be put to the test.

Just dropping in to say hi. I keep expecting to engage with the board more every time a new crisis emerges but so far the crises pass by. Always sorry and sad to see mom and pop businesses close up, so I know for a fact there have been ramifications already, so I’m just speaking about the individual vaper’s access to goods.

Until then, everyone take care.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That's just wrong...

I used it in that folded position, like a sidewinder, with an 18350. Nice and compact.

I said I was done, I said I was done, I said I was done, I said.......

I almost bought one a few months ago, but I feel the price is too high for something like that. Would have snatched a few for $10 or less, though. Who knows what the quality is like. And now with shipping being minimum $15.99, not worth it at all... to me.

My River Supply order has finally shipped. I got a shipment of Vaporesso gt coils and 2 Geekvape Zeus RTAs coming from Sourcemore and a juggernaut clone and a drip tip (my test order) due to be shipped on Friday from FT. I want a Dovpo Topside dual squonker and FT has the best price and the color I want, but I want to see my test order arrive first.

I should get my flavors from river tomorrow, and they did take a while. I hope it's not too late to find some extra coils for this little sensis thing I got, I don't think my local B&M carries them. I haven't been vaping much the last week until this bronchitis goes away. I seem to get it every winter and thought I was in the clear. I blame the dentist and maving my mouth hanging open for two hours getting two crowns last week.:(

    And they knock Big Tobacco!

Do you really want to know why big tobacco will rule?

Remember I'm an ex-pipe smoker and so complicated doesn't bother me much - Still have maybe 50 pipes in my collection which are sitting in storage, probably never to be used again.

But one thing that got me to try vaping was simplicity
    - a device you charge, disposable pods you through out and there you have it - nothing could be simpler.

So even though I was still happy with my Blu Gold Leaf for natural flavor - I still liked a change of pace flavor, and flavored pods were outlawed. - So I get into refillable pods - still relatively simple.

Now they got me trying more and more flavors, most ranging from decent to very good.
And of course with the PMTA and now the postal ban I have to stock up - Just in case we wouldn't be able to get, whatever. So now I'm buying multiple pod devices, including a few with replaceable batteries when I realized the vape pens might have limited battery life and through in a couple of mod/pods with replaceable batteries just iin case - And of coures extra pods and coils for the devices that require separate coils wiht the pod.

So like with pipe smoking years ago I not only have a a brand new habit - I have a new hobby!!!

OK so I'm old and need a new hobby to keep busy.

But you see one reason pipe smoking, especially in the modern era, is not very popular - It's too complicated - People still like he quick fix for their nicotine habit - cigarettes, and cigars of all shapes and sizes will keep doing well - Easy to use!

Big tobacco is well aware of what the general public wants - That is why they pushed pen pod devices
    - And the real argument against big tobacco should be based upon the fact that they were doing too well with it - that's what got the control freaks attention.

So if I really want to simplify my life I could just go back to one or two pod devices and stock up on pods.
Bet you a lot of people are dong just that !

But like I say I like complicated, so I bought..........
a bunch of stuff too - But I'll stick to my easy to use pod/mods while you can still buy them.

But face it - reading what some here have had to say - The only way you'll be done stocking up is if you buy your own vape shop - Buy one now while they're still available and legal !

I'm almost stocked up for the next 25 years and I'm 60. If I get my hands on at least 10 unregulated dual battery mosfet box mods, and 10 hybrid-like RDAs, I'm set. There is no way they are going to fail to work, and I can fix them with off the shelf parts.

There is more than one way to skin this cat.

 trust me...if I could I would start my own vape shop :pervy:
there are few vape shops around here and I tried to give them a chance but nope....they are crap and don't care...one shop I literally called them out for selling fasttech noname/clone items at above brand name prices
all they saw was a girl walking into a vape shop and thought hey I can talk her into all kind of things....and then kept trying to push a mech mod and rda onto another lady that had absolutely no idea about vaping...I gave her ecf's url and told her to come here before buying anything
the shops here are all about turning a profit and not about return customers (which is also why most of them shut down....I think there's still one like an hour away)

I just want to congratulate all the Stocker Uppers on this thread, well done vape friends! We scrambled and bought and had a blast following all the sales thru the years. I don't regret a thing. When I look at my stash it reminds me of all of you and our fun shopping days! Would not have missed it for the world! Vape on :)

I mean everyone tells me that I've purchased a vape shop already, all it would take is a retail lease.

In all seriousness though sometimes I wonder what if I quit in the next 5 years and then have all this gear sitting around, how am I going to get rid of it? I hope ECF will be here for me to dump it all off on, or I'll be an old man walking into vape shops like "Want to buy 80 boxes of OCC coils off me for cheap?"

The first time I went into a vape shop in early 15 I was buying juice on-line and ran out, had to grab some bottles. While I waited I checked out the displays and there was a big cabinet full of mechs. I had no idea what a mech was, shiny brass and other metals with fancy engraving and so forth. Beautiful stuff. Luckily for me they were all wildly expensive or I would probably have walked out with one. As ignorant as I was that might not have ended well.

I really like the Riva. I never would allow myself to spend the money on much dna stuff but with the ban coming I bought a riva, two Dovpo Odin mini dna 75c, and a Thelema Dna250c. I’m really enjoying them.

I still have four or five packages coming from sourcemore and Everzon. I got some wire today from 3a. Sourcemore sent out an email a week or two ago and said they aren’t going anywhere and will continue to ship.

Nice grouping of last minute shopping. Well done :thumb:

I think buying new toys, getting pkgs, pretty drip tips, reviews, flavors and forums helped me immensely. I'm going to miss getting pkgs. I can't help but wonder what it'll be like when the latest, greatest isn't offered in the USA. My excuse was always "cheaper than cigarettes" (will it continue to be?). I still have a few more small items to get but I needed to give my acct a rest.

My sourcemore order spent 2 days shipping HK->China->HK, then I got notice it landed in LAX on 3/28. I've had mixed results clearing LAX. Usually it's in my box in 4 days or it'll take months. SFO has been reliable clearing/delivery faster than they can scan and update. Previous FT orders took apx 10 days after shipping. I think chinese sellers have pushed up shipping even though I'm sure they're getting slammed.

I looked at products in my local vape/smoke shops in my area (online) and wasn't impressed for mtl. Most carried a variety of Smok products and disposables - meh. I expected to see caliburn's but only found one shop mentioning them (and oos).

I'd visit b&m's to request support but I'm stocked up enough that I wouldn't be much of a buyer. That's the catch 22 since it's also the reason why I stocked up. Frustrating.
