An update from the MyVape guy, he's corrected the coupon code to give the advertised 77.5% off instead of 17%. I know a lot of you were looking to put orders in /sarcasm
Still have to send the payment to his wife through Paypal without mentioning anything about it being vape related though.
Well I read these leak, dang it! But did find a fix. Also got the 510 adapter for the Vinci. Guess I should have went with the Voopoo drag X. Ah well pretty much my experience with pods, they all have some issueWell I totally screwed up! I wanted to try the Voopoo Vinci X pod that takes replaceable 18650 batts. So I ordered and realized I got the internal batt one! Ack! Had to go back and order the replaceable batt one, geez! I was not paying close enough attention. I have this love hate affair with pods, I love the size, don't like internal batts because they don't last. I only like fire button ones, not auto draw. I know I am picky! LOL My Podin's have been wonky lately, sometimes they work, sometimes not, so unreliable for away from home. So hopefully this Vinci X I like Ha Ha

Good idea! Many times I take a Solo and tank, but it is a bit bulky. For form factor I like pods but they just aren't reliable for me. That's why I wanted to try one that takes 18650's. I think I'll use higher VG juice and maybe it won't leak as much, I'll see.I didn't want to go with a pod system for my stealth vapes becuase I would have had to first figure out which one would be a good fit for me, if any, which could have proven to be a waste of money as well as time I could have spent looking for good deals. Plus the tiny stealthy pods are all integrated batts. So instead, I opted for using the following proven equipment for occasions where I would want a pod system...
- VamoBox 25W 18350 mods (really stealthy but only have 3)
- Pico 75W mods & Swag 1 18650 mods (not as stealthy as above but enough for me)
- Evod clearos with SOCC (cotton) coils
- Aspire Mini Vivi Nova clearos with RBA
I spent about $3-400 for a good stash of all the above. Most likely a lifetime supply given they aren't my only vapes nor my most heavily used vapes (at least at this point). I doubt I could have stocked up on the equivalent supply of pods/coils for that cost, plus the small pods all have integrated batts so you have to factor that in when figuring your stash how much to stash for X amount of years.
All 3 mods fit in my fist nicely. Are these setups as stealthy as a pod system? Yes and no, depends on the pod, but I don't plan on using them on a plane or anything like that. A small pocket footprint is all I really care about really...and less spending.
As far as leaking, there really isn't much...at least not the kind that gets your pocket all wet because they get their airflow from the 510. Any minor leaking that occurs is at the 510 so once in a while you should clean the tank's 510 and the mods 510. I use a 19mm heat sink so none of this minor 510 leakage gets to the mod's 510.

I found the RBA for the Vinci, sounds like they do not leak if wicked right, so will give it a try![]()
This is the one I ordered, PnP RBAWhich one are you putting the rba on? I just got the two new Vinci pod mods for review but they didn’t send an rba.
I'm not sure but I think the RBA can be used on Vinci and Vinci X.This is the one I ordered, PnP RBA

Yes that is a drawback, good idea to have a cut off pod.Just so you know, the #1 complaint I have seen for PNP RBAs is that, unless the RBA comes with a 510 adapter, you can't work out hot spots on the coil before you wick it since you can't connect it to it's power source without it being installed into a pod.
So what I've seen on a couple of videos is you can sacrifice a pod by cutting the top 3/4ths of it off so you can access the RBA deck while it's connected to the pod battery so you can work out hot spots and such. Dollar stores have small $1 hack saws that should work nicely if you need something to cut it.
Made this image a while ago to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

I also got another 18650 Pod that has 510 adapter, RBA and RDTA for it, the OXVA X. Says it does not leak. So decided to try it too. https://www.oxva.com/pages/origin-x
