Yes, you need an account and log in.

Normally I would have made an account before asking but these days I figure why bother unless I'm going to order in the next few days.

So what's the shipping situation like? If I pre order some of the Aegis L200 mod only how exactly will that ship when it comes time that it's stocked? I'm worried if they're USPS, well USPS won't ship by the time it's in stock. And X shipping is having issues all around.

mod only is $44. Good price. Just what I was looking for. All I need is reassurance I'm not throwing money away.

    Somewhere between here and there
Last time I ordered from Everzon it was a Thelema dna and it took about a month to arrive. They ship 4px into the country and then it gets put into the USPS system. I pre ordered one from sourcemore a couple weeks ago but it hasn't shipped yet. They had them for $34 on pre order. I posted a review on the Legend 2(L200) a week or two ago if you want to take a look.

Everzon wants $12.44 for shipping. That's a total of $56.16 for one mod.

After MAP code, Fasttech is $46.69. Then you can either choose free shipping (USPS Epacket) or go with USPS Expedited for $4.20, which is the same as 4px (DHL Ecommerce, delivered by USPS, 4px is merely one of a billion shipping agents in China - in fact I hear FT is using 4px these days but cannot verify).

So your total with FT is either $46.69 (epacket) or $50.89 (DHL Ecommerce) for one mod.

Make yourself a rebuilding box/kit where you keep all your building supplies, wire spools, premade coils, cotton, tools, meters, small spare atty parts like orings insulators screws. It's so great to just grab it and have everything at hand to rebuild. Mine is about the size of a double shoebox. I've even glued two shoeboxes together back to back that had attached lids with slide in tabs to make one box because they are so sturdy.
I have one I use that is in a plastic container, tools cotton, rayon, coils, coil jig. Not big enough for everything but great for grabbing to rebuild.

Well, I guess there's always a gamble, but I think it's a small one. It seems USPS isn't going to drop the final rule anytime soon.

Then you have the added comfort that Chinese retailers never use their name on the return label nor do they seem to declare vape products honestly on customs forms. That means USPS has no idea what the he|| is really in a package from china nor do they really seem to care lol. they are in bad shape these days.

I think it's a good gamble. JMHO. You probably have a better chance of dying from the off-gassing from all those shoes you own than not getting a vape package from China. :D

Hahaha. Yeah once you guys said this was China shipping I wasn't so worried... which if you think about it is pretty darned ironic coming from a vaper. Times have changed

I assume purchasing a gift card to make a purchase on Fast Tech is common practice? Think I've seen you guys talk about that. Won't let me use credit because it's got an e-cig, first time seeing that.

Well I have not had much luck with a round coil in the SMRT, I get them to fire but not really good. I tried 4 mm and it leaked then tried 2 mm and I am having trouble keeping the center open for air flow, too much cotton on top I guess. So then I tried the Voopoo RBA, not really hard to build if you have a lighted magnifying glass. It is not leaking but the coil flooded and I got hot juice spit bad, ouch! So for today I am done fiddling around. It looks like the SMRT is best with the mesh. So guess I'll stick with the mesh :)

I don't own the SMRT RBA thingie but I have seen videos and it seems to me the best bet is to use the mandrel that comes with the SMRT coil. That thing looks like it's somewhere around 5mm in diameter (which is why I used 5mm in my post last night about the SS vs Kanthal).

Regardless, coiling SMRT with round wire seems that it's going to be a combination of how you would normally coil it with the mesh and rebuilding an Eleaf EC or Aspire Atlantis coil with a vertical coil.

Skip to 3:20 if it starts at beginning.

Try logging out, then logging back in. Then go to checkout. It should show the credit card and PayPal options again. It worked for me.

I placed an order with FastTech today for a 26650 mech, since it is finally in stock. I already have 18650 and 21700 mechs. So if this one comes, I'll have mechs for all my battery types in case my regulated mods don't make it. Strangely enough, I miscalculated the total when I bought my gift cards, but FastTech allowed me to use Pay Pal to pay the difference. That's the first time I've seen a Pay Pal option in a long time.

Gift card is no problem on fasttech.

If i buy something from sourcemore, select the Western Union, and their email after order tells you how to pay via PayPal (which worked fine for me).

For anyone who is still looking, and desperate enough to pay the shipping, Gas City Vapes still has the Vandyvape Pulse squonk bottles in stock. These are the ones that are compatable with the Pico Squeeze 2 - the silicone part that is. If you are in Canada the shipping is free over $50.

Great Advice. I did during last scare & stock up.Found large double sided Tupperware type storage w/right number dividers for me- stocked tanks, everything to build and maintain gear, pre made coils & enough parts to keep me going couple/few years, not including freezer stock.
My attitude this time around is different, b/c now have B&Ms that dont require a plane ride.
If needed, I'll rely on them. Albeit liquid resellers are my last choice!(How long on shelf? How many untried mystery manufacturers flavors wind up in rubbish bin).
Considered worst case scenario=at 10+years vaping, is it perhaps time to wean off Nic, and try to stop?
How many here have tried to stop vaping in a pinch? How'd it go? Is it also your plan C or D?
    Cheers!
by the by- Fast techs gotten better each year, sometimes shipping options matter though.
ROTFLMAO when FTpackages go 3/4 around the globe in wrong direction before finding me.
Patience is critical, each nation & culture has its own consumer expectations.

I have problems lifting things so have had to look for smaller storage solutions. I made a tiny toolbox for coiling and building - minus wire and cotton - out of a a 2 tier caboodle that's meant to be a travel make-up case. I covered the mirror with a sheet magnet that is just strong enough to hold all those tiny hex keys that come with various tanks without disturbing the items in the top tier when closed. Holds everything I need for cleaning, coiling and rebuilding except wire and cotton and it's just 8" wide.

That's how I am doing it, I think I need the wire ring for anti spit. I would think a vertical coil would be easy in the SMRT but not having success. I will keep working on it, will try a 3 mm hole next, the 2 mm is too small. But that is what the 1 ohm PnP factory coil is that I really like, so tried it. When I can't get something built right I get frustrated with it.

You're lucky becuase they brought some colors back (which is rare). Maybe 6 months or so ago all they had left was yellow.

I was so happy to find the clear ones at Gas City - until I saw the shipping was almost as much as the bottles. Hopefully someone in the free shipping area can snag them.

For the OG Pulse BF mech, you can also use "standard" 18650 squonk bottles, like the GV Athena 6.5ml bottles a bunch of us scooped up at a quarter each some time ago. Just add a small piece of foam at the back to move the bottle forward to the cutout.
