Somewhere out there
Finally got a coil in the kayfun but used some funky cotton, yuck, rewicked and now wonderful, gotta love rayon :) Hubby said boy you have to rebuild a lot, isn't that a PITA. I said, yes but when I run out of drop in coils, this is all I have. Ha ha

What RTA's have juice flow control? I love the Kayfun mini for that, I can close juice holes when top filling. I love it. The tank is pretty small tho so needs filling fairly often.

The gate RTA has JFC. I don't own it, just know about it.

Other than that, I don't know which of the more available RTAs have JFC, but if you like the KF Mini v3 and since you like a loose MTL (I think?), you'd probably like the Kayfun 5 on the lowest or next to lowest airflow setting. It has JFC just like the mini. It's very similar except with an airflow ring and a deck that has coil leg trapping system.

I highly recommend this clone. I have no idea who makes it but it's a very good looking clone and well made. I have many. What you see in the pics is exactly what you get. Except, as is the case with all my KF 5 clones, the screw heads are a bit small so the trapping system doesn't work as good as it should with smaller round wire like 28g (my choice). You have to replace with screws from American vendors because chinese screw heads (like on FT) are almost always smaller. Screw size is M2 x .4 x 4mm. These are good. The heads are about 0.4mm wider than what comes on the tank and make all the difference in the world in terms of trapping the coil legs.

Thanks for the info, I haven't tried the KF 5. I do have a Prime, I think it is JFC and top fill too.

From what I understand, the Prime is very much the same as the 5 except it has a somewhat tighter draw. I don't know though, I never owned one. But as far as all the parts and features it looks like the same RTA to me. the prime might hold less juice, though. Not 100% sure on that becuase I've seen so many different Primes lol The 5 is roughly 4.5ml

I just realized why I never tried the KF 5, it is DL. I may see how many Primes I have and pick up a few more. I have 6 mini's, I have enough KFL + to last forever but I really like juice control and top fill :)

Well, that depends on who's classifying it. lol

It's a DL tank to traditional Kayfun users who typically want a true MTL draw. They weren't very happy when the KF5 was released. To them it's a DL tank.

To me, as a mostly DL/RDL vaper, it's an RDL and Loose MTL tank. That one on Gearbest is actually more restrictive than all the other KF5 clones I own from other manufacturers.

But if you have the Prime, a KF5 might be a waste of money for you. If the Prime is to tight for you even at it's most open setting (doubt it), but you like the tank otherwise, then that Gearbest KF5 might be up your alley.

It's just so hard to say because tightness/looseness of draw is just so subjective.

If you have the Univapo Kipo pod, then I can tell you that, to me, the Kayfun 5 from Gearbest at it's tightest setting is right about the same draw. But I bet the Prime might be able to mimic that same draw at the looser settings if in fact it's a tighter draw than a KF5.

Who needs to keep stocking up when instead you can build lots of vegetable trellises? [emoji3]

This is our interior back yard, beyond which is another fenced garden area.

My wife likes climbing vegetables, so I have a pretty much guaranteed annual project, "build another trellis".

This year's, in the foreground, is 8' x 8' x 7-1/2' tall.

We also have 15 new roses, and various sundry flowers, to go in. Those will be for the back garden or the outer garden.

All's well in vaping land, given how much I previously stocked up. [emoji106]

I picked up a couple more Primes, I like the KF's draw for MTL tanks so figured I'll just stick with the MTL styles :) I have several 2019 KF's too, so I'll be set for KF's :) Mine are all clones but they work great

Was this recent, or has it been awhile? I can't find any SXK Primes in stock. I'm looking to get another couple for my stash, do you have a link?

View attachment 944661 KF Mini V3 on Muddy Girl Radius :)

I think it has been sense Provape closed down, sense I have seen a picture of one of the custom finishes on a radius. Very nice, mine are just black, blue, red, and purple. :)
