It'll turn up sooner or later.
I usually find misplaced things after I stop looking for it. Hope you find it soon.
Yes, it will still go to full charge voltage, but will drop off a lot faster.
It has happened so gradually over the last eight years that I never even noticed how long they lasted. I am always close to a 18650 battery and I don't leave the house without one or two extras. Not because I ever needed them but because I am "special". unnamed.gif If anyone saw the stuff I carry in my pocketbook. All things that I might just need for an emergency. I think it was Let's Make a Deal where he would ask someone if they had something in their purse. . . I would have won!girl_haha.gif

Well, I guess I'm pushing the envelope, generally at 8.5 watts ;)
Tell me if my thinking is correct. At a lower wattage, you will get a cooler vape than at the higher wattages. I am thinking this is why I have never played around with settings. ht.gif

IN general, yes. One of the reasons, imo, for so much air on high power tanks, to try to cool it back down.

I am always close to a 18650 battery and I don't leave the house without one or two extras.

I don't take extra batteries, but don't ever leave the property without at least 2, sometimes 3, full tanks on mods with fresh batteries. Yeah, a bit of overkill, since I run to about 4 mls a day, so 12 for an outing makes sense.

No, it is not! You never know what could delay you while you are out and about. I always worry about the strangest things like what would I do if an elevator broke and I was stuck. Or a hostage situation at a bank. I don't know, but I'm darn sure gonna be prepared for the weird whatevers that seem to happen to me. unnamed.gif

Thank you for the info on wattages. I was right in my thinking. It happens occasionally.

Well If you get in a hostage situation, the second you reach for that vape, you're probably gonna get shot or at least kicked in the head. And if you get stuck on an elevator and you start vaping, the other people on the elevator will club you to death because it's open season on vapers.

But other than that, it's definitely good to be prepared for things when you're a vaper because you have to eliminate all chances of wanting to buy a pack of smokes or a disposable vape that sucks (but I hear some are very good).

Thanks again all for all the input! Just ordered 10 Molicel P26As from 18650bs. What great prices! For the past 10 years I’ve gotten batts online when I ordered other vape stuff. I can see I was paying a good bit more than I should have been. Lesson learned.

Again, appreciate the info and direction. ECF has always been amazing. Good to see some names I remember from back then. Miss the days when it would take hours to read all the forums here. Miss a LOT of folks...

You don't realize what else I have been known to carry next to my tooter. girl_haha.gif I guess I think about that because I worked in a bank for 12 years although I was never in a robbery.

You got a point there (there are some mean people in this o'l world) but I vape unflavored and so darn adorable to be around, I'm not scared. bahahahaha

What else ya got? I guarantee I'll have an answer or excuse. Can you tell I am female?
(You know I'm just having fun with you, right?)

Hell, I can't even go to the kitchen for a fresh cup of coffee without taking a mod with me.
Never use it, but I got it ... just in case ...
I have them sitting ready in every room so I don't have to go back and get it when I forget it! unnamed.gif

I don't use pods much, except when I grab one of my wife's while searching for my lost vape.:D
Wife to the rescue! I was just telling someone I needed to research those. I have never tried a pod system and know 0 about them. In fact, I know 0 about a whole bunch of things. unnamed.gif

I've avoided pods by choice, not wanting to get locked into what may not be supportable over the long haul.

But, the Vaporesso Xros Nano I won here on ECF a while back does provide a surprisingly robust vape with the 1.2 ohm pod. (The 0.8 runs too hot for my tastes.) And zero leaks in the couple months I've had both pods juiced up.

My avi is Red, one of our long gone kitties. Best mouser we've ever had, even ran through the trees to catch the tree rats. Yes, they were VERY surprised to find a cat as good on the branches as they are! :w00t:

    Somewhere between here and there

I pocket carry an Xros and Xros 2 at work that I rotate between. The newer pods are fantastic and with my simple and clear mint mix they last forever.

When it comes right down to the nuts and bolts of it all, all a pod system is is a vape kit that has a proprietary tank/tank connection instead of a universal 510 connection. It's a vape manufacturer's wet dream to be able to sell a proprietary system so you HAVE TO buy their tanks (aka pods) and even their coils, because no others will fit on them.

Of course for you (vaping at 8W and 2.2 ohms), you have to take into consideration that a pod system, even the most low powered ones, might be noticeably warmer and produce more vapor than what you're used to with your current system. I only have one pod system - it's a tiny pod system that will put out around 11-18 watts depending on how much charge is left on the battery at any given time and which coil head I use for it. And the vapor is actually pretty voluminous when you take into consideration the low wattage and small device. I was actually impressed. You may actually not like many (if any) pod systems out there. Of course, you may end up liking it and hating your current older stuff (one never knows, which is why I try not to try new stuff as I'm heavily invested into what I already have lol)

That's exactly why I decided not to try squonking, even though it was all the rage for the last couple of years. I'm already well stocked with things I like. I didn't want to drop another few hundred bucks on squonk mods, bottles, and RDAs.

Yeah you must have been one of the smart ones. As I went all out with squonking. Now look at me... I don't touch them nowadays.

I hear boro devices are a big rabbit hole/money pit. Glad I never bothered with them.
