They come only with new cartos. With a little patience you will have plenty available from old cartos.
Ah, but they do get lost, occassionally stained if used to hold liquids for syringe filling and wear out. Tips are no problem, can always order some colored ones, but "boots" can be problematic and its' hard to tell if CE3s come with them at all.

Ah hah! So being able to buy "boots" as a seperate item would kind of work out. (Still waiting for my CE3s, but should have them tomorrow, YAYYYYYY!)
So annoyed at USPS. Looks like they have decided to use different routes now to get stuff from Ohio to me. Now everything is 1 more day.
I should get my Monday night order tomorrow and my ce3 on Saturday. It used to only take 2 days.
Al least it's not because of si though.

I noticed that after the website updates that the customer service "live chat" is missing, Do you know if it will be returning or can I just not find it on the site? It was very convenient.
From previous experience, mine are proceeding normally, but I suspect as time goes by and cuts and changes get made to USPS things will degrade for all of us.
I did my first review for the CE's on the SI website and just realised I messed up. Is it possible you could edit it for me. It is just one word in this sentence:
"They deliver great taste, they deliver great flavour but they don't deliver any leakage."
It should read:
"They deliver great taste, they deliver great vapour but they don't deliver any leakage."
