So annoyed at USPS. Looks like they have decided to use different routes now to get stuff from Ohio to me. Now everything is 1 more day.

I should get my Monday night order tomorrow and my ce3 on Saturday. It used to only take 2 days.

Al least it's not because of si though.

Ive got an order like that too.

Yeah, I've been reading a few posts that describe the same thing. It very well could be shipped/shipping but just not showing it. I just emailed CS, so I'll report back about it.

Their service is usually great, so I think it'll be resolved soon somehow.

Got the order today. Apparently, packages are shipping as usual, but there's no notification of shipment. A glitch.

Have the same thing going on... still shows processing... Now I just have to figure out how to get a tracking device on the mailman or enough excuses to duck out of work and run back to house to check if it got delivered :D

Sometimes I copy/paste the tracking number directly at the USPS website - often (Ebay & other net orders) will give more info if the company link isn't updating.


So - a couple days ago, I was SURE I saw a discount code for carto's & something else .... Now it's hiding! :ohmy:

I also placed an order Friday night and it never left processing, but I checked the mail today and my order had arrived! I think I've been spoiled by tracking numbers. It was kind of fun to get a surprise package. Of course my juice order from another vendor is still in New York, so I'll have to wait to try out those new CE3s... Drats! :facepalm::laugh:

Our sync system has been experiencing issues and not updating the customers with the tracking numbers we are looking into it and should have it resolved shortly .... Sorry for the issue :(

Kico that puppy in your picture is adorable beyond words! I've been wanting one of those for years, but can't add a dog to the family just yet - it would add unnecessary stress to my elderly cat.

I hope you can add some pictures to the Pets thread we have :)

Hi sorry we have just been very busy... it is growing pains unfortunately ...we are hiring 2 more people by the end of the week. One of the issues with the phones is sometimes a caller is on for 5 min and sometimes 45min...So if all the reps are on the phone unfortunately it goes to VM. I will tell someone to make sure they get to all of the tickets ASAP.

Hey imagine. What's up with customer service? I've been trying to call for 2 days ow, and all I get is a long hold message then the voicemail. Haven't gotten a response to my help ticket either. That's very unlike the norm.

Any discount codes for starter kits? Talked my dad into letting me order him a Volt kit! I hope this gets him off the analogues...


I'm not sure if it's still ECF2012 or if there is a new one. There is always a 10% code going, and I'm sure someone will chime in soon with an answer.

I've been a Smokeless Image customer for a year now. I've always been happy with the products and the service and have raved about both to anyone who would listen. BUT I'm currently having an issue that has left me extremely disappointed.

I placed an order on 06/25/12 for 2 batteries, some cartos, a carrying case, and some eliquid. I was contacted that day and informed that the site inventory was wrong and the cartos I ordered weren't in stock-not a big deal to me as I chose to swap them with another flavor I also like. I was told my order would go out that day.

A week goes by, and my order status hasn't changed. Normally every time I have ordered before I received my order about 3 days later, so I contacted SI by ticket on 7/1/12 and asked if there was a problem. I was then told that there was another problem....the batteries I ordered weren't in stock either. I chose the option to have the rest of my order ship and then the batteries later when they came in. I did get the first portion (with the substitution of different cartos) of my order a few days later, but the receipt and my online status said that the batteries were shipped to me and my order was complete.

On 7/10 I still had not received the batteries and I was concerned that there was a miscommunication about whether or not I'd already received my entire order, so I contacted SI to make sure that there wasn't a mistake. I was told that day that I was indeed on the list to receive backordered items and the batteries had come in that week and would be shipped to me as soon as they could be counted and inventoried.

That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't received the batteries. I truly don't mean to be a pest, but a month is a little long to be waiting on an order. If someone had contacted me along the way and apprised me of the fact that these long delays would happen I wouldn't be upset, but as it is I don't feel very valued as a customer-which has always been where SI shined. I've been told twice that my order was on its' way, and no one contacted me either time to let me know otherwise.

I'm hoping that this is an isolated glitch because I still love my Volt and really don't want to part ways with y'all as a vendor:(
