I agree a rose V2 is a good vape But it is a PIA to coil and wick :(
If the KF V4 vapes as good I will be happy. Should have mine today fingers crossed

After a couple of days with K4 I prefer the Rose V2.

The kayfun 4 is a lot more hassle as far as juice control on air flow is concerned, the amount of parts on the K4 is asking for trouble also.

The vape quality on the V4 is definitely up there with Rose in my opinion .

The Rose really is a pain but once it's coiled all I do is change the cotton once it gets funky, this only takes a couple of minutes so it's not too bad. I find the screws on the Kayfun deck to be really awful to trap the gauges of wire that I use - I actually find it worse than the Rose.

What size o-ring did you use Marc? I think you have the same B version I have. I have tried a bunch that I got locally but none fit yet. If you aren't sure of the size I will order the one dwcraig used on his A version. If all this fails I will send it back as the dental floss trick only seems to work for a tank or 2 then back to leaking.

Hammy, I picked up the O-rings based on the drawings from the O-ring store Metric O-Rings and just replaced each based on the drawings.

It was a big improvement to the atty overall and tightened up the draw and wicking.

O-rings and more - metric o-rings also carries them in different sizes and types but larger quantities. Both ship internationally.

Just want to chime in as my results seem a little better than some of the negative posts lately. Maybe those with good results just are not posting. My tobeco kayfun4 clone is nothing short of perfect. I really like the regular kayfuns and lemo's but my kayfun4 is just that much better than those other atties. It's the constant trouble free vape I am getting not the added bonus of easy fill or the other enhancments the kayfun4 offers. I am sure something better will come along in another 6 months or so but for now the kayfun4 is at the top of my attie collection.

For the record... 30 kanthal 5 wraps 1.4 ohms stuffed with organic cotton vaping at 18.5 watts on a cloupor t8. Air flow wide open and juice flow wide open don't know how well either adjustment works but for me wide open works the best

When I first got my rose v2 clone, I wicked it and it was great. The only problem I put in a juice that I wasn't too keen on, so I rewicked and put new juice in and BAM nasty hits. I opened the juice flow control all the way and still burnt hits. I even accidentally unscrewed the juice flow all the way and still burnt hits. All I did was rewick the exact same way. I'm about to give up on everything but my Lemos. They're the only ones, for me at least, that have been consistent once I got down how to wick it.

Just ordered eh pro v4 out of curiosity. Looks like most of the clones are hit or miss as usual, and had some ebay bucks so did not have to pay out of pocket.

Actually, the FT A version (black o rings) and Tobeco have been pretty good. Other than the machine oil I haven't had any problems with the FT version. I didn't even need to put floss around #16, but I'm still on the lookout for any leaks as everything breaks in.

I think my juice control is stuck because my 510 pin is stuck. Any insight on that? I'm stuck partway open so its not working right, and I'm at a loss here.

I'm still trying to figure out why I can't get the juice control off even when my 510 pin is out. It's seriously stuck and I feel I might break it if I take a wrench to it (not that it matters it doesn't work right anyways @_@)

That's how I feel. I can't tell you what the vape is like because its not working right! I did put the base in a vise to try to get that 510 out, and I couldn't do it.

Is your airflow screw backed out? If it's out too far, the 510 pin could hit that and get jammed on it, causing the JC to not work and will get the pin stuck too.

Well darn, now my juice control is stuck wide open, which is fine for vaping but I'd really like it to stop getting jammed randomly.

That sucks to hear. Having the same problem plus others. Some are having no problems, some are having nothing but problems. I dunno, maybe Svoemesto (sp?) should have just kept it simple. Or maybe it's just that the clones have 1 or 2 parts that aren't exact.

I think the problem is when I tightened the atomizer onto the IPV, the juice control ring also twisted to the right and got stuck open. I think it's probably a good idea in the future to tighten it onto your mod using only the JC ring so it doesn't mess up your actual controller.

I can't get it unstuck right now. I need to go home and get my hex key to stick through the air flow ring to actually unstick it I think.

Try loosening the 510 screw and then turning the jc ring. That seemed to work for me when mine got stuck. I also figured out that I had to tighten the 510 screw back when the jc ring was all the way closed (in other words no juice flow).
