Good work HB! Questions:

Are there any differences between the KFL20 and the KFL19 with the Aerocontrollamathing?

Do you know the means by which the additional MTL pin allows for better MTL adjustment?

Does the MTL pin replace any parts in the Aerocontrollamathing? Or is it truly "additional"?

Why would we be interested in the additional MTL pin if we already have the Aerocontrollamathing? I'm trying to figure out why the Aerocontrollamathing is better than the KFL19.
Thanks Bronze!

From what I can gather, other than the cosmetically different tank on the KFL+20, the deck is the difference...but it can be removed and put into a 19’s body.

Until I get one in hand, I’ll have to speak theoretically.

So, theoretically, you can take the deck out of a 20, and put it in a 19...and voila. It’s the same thing as a 20.

I’m only assuming this because the Aerocontrollamathing is sold separately as an “upgrade” for the 19.

I'm trying to understand why one would need the additional pin after getting the Aerocontrollamathing.

In a nutshell, what does the Aerocontollamathing give me that the K19 doesn't. AND what does the additional MTL pin give me that the K19 with only the Aerocontrollamathing does not???

And does the K20 include the Aerocontrollamathing AND the additional MTL pin?
It would seem the stock Aerocontrollamathing only hits a certain level of airflow, before its shut off completely, thus the MTL pin will allow you to dial airflow down even further before hitting the shut off state.

It would also seem that the MTL pin is being sold separately...so if you buy a 20, you would also need to buy the MTL pin...kinda like the 19’s XS center pin is a separate item.

Beats me. There are airflow systems that range from wide open to zero so I'm failing to see why additional pins are needed. I'm curious to see how this plays out.
I am curious to see it all as well!

Might depend on what this Aerocontrollamathing does. It may render our 19s as inferior.
I really don’t think it would render the 19’s as inferior, since the 20’s deck is removable, just like the 19’s deck, and the Aerocontrollamathing is sold as a separate “upgrade”...

So, if it’s all what I think it is...I will likely buy one (or two) 20’s...just to say I have them. But then I will be buying standalone Aerocontrollamathings to upgrade my 19’s...which essentially turns them into 20’s.

I might consider one or two of the KFL+20's after Xmas, if VapinArt gets them.

KAS

I don't really want, or need to alter my 2019's.

I am on the same boat you are...except I am always eager to try the new SvoëMestö stuff...even if I end up not liking it, I’m willing to take the blind risk.

I’ll likely wait until VA has them as well, since PayPal has recently gone on a murder spree, and taken out many vendors, including Creme De Vape...

I just wish VapinArt wasn’t so dang slow to get stuff in! I’m sure it has to do with SvoëMestö supplying EU vendors first, but man...it would be nice to get it sooner than later!

I wish companies would stop supplying those guys! they're ripoff artests!!! (check out their BBB rating, I wish I would have)
I saw dicodes usa has both the new [plus] and the upgrade kits.

I remember there being some drama with them? I have bought accessories from them no problem before though.

Did I forget? I havent tried recently but doesn’t the 19 airflow have the ability to cinch down to zero? So if someone wants to have a super tight draw simply go to zero and back it out a hair. What am I missing here?

For me personally, the 2 that I use the most, I never adjust the air flow. The screws are a PIA to adjust, and I have stripped out a few of the heads on them. I would bet that this, is their answer to that problem.

KAS

As far as screwing them down all the way, never done it. I didn't want to strip more heads.

You are correct!

I think though, that the Aerocontrollamathing is also a sealed airflow system, which also tackles the leaking juice/condensation that the Lite19’s had...eliminates the need for those delicate little nylon screws...

I am the same...I never both to adjust it, because it’s a pain, and I’ve ruined a few screws myself.

This new system looks to alleviate that.

There are at least two vape stores that will stock the new [lite] here in Norway, one of them used to import SvoeMesto back in the time when kayfun 4 was around.
Then there were some years where they only imported the cheapest of the cheapest, they may have realized that people are tired of cheap china goods and went back to the Kayfun‘s.
They also import the new building deck as well as the needle.

It does not mean much for me, I buy mine from a local store, have already ordered mini v3, [lite] 22mm, [lite]+ 24mm, and he is trying to get the new Dicodes Dani SBS for me.

By the way, I'm a big fan of Dicodes.

The vape company sponsoring this thread (Heather's Heavenly Vapes) is an authorized Svoemesto dealer. Problem is they order product from Svoemesto and rarely get it.

I completely forgot about that, I know I ordered a Kayfun from them once, I don't remember which one. Then they never had stock again. :|

I can not say whether SvoeMesto are good at delivering or not, but from what you say they are not.
One of the stores I see almost always has SvoeMesto in stock is Creme de Vape.

Well, Dicodes-USA is sending me 2 new K20s (22mm and 24mm) which will go against the money they owe me for the Dicodes 21700 they never sent (evidently because they never received them from Germany). What a weird company. I would've bet big money I was never going to see this resolved.

Indeed, SVM maintains a few elite retailers. Now it is Creme de Vape, VapinArt, Origin, perhaps another one or two. Back in the day it was InTaste and VapeRev. Then SVM added a bunch more dealers but they typically got one order at most and never resupplied them. These retailers don’t have much incentive either because they were not allowed to sell SVM products for more than what they paid for them. The only benefit to selling SVM products was the attention their products garnered. It was prestige, nothing else.

Geez, I’d consider those K20s as a bonus.

I know! When I heard they had the K20 listed I sent them an email proposing a deal and less than 24 hours later they accepted it, and even included the balance left on my account in their response! I've been emailing them weekly for months with no responses at all, and now this...weird
