Don’t own one of these tanks specifically, but I own several Steam Tuners tanks for other Kayfun models.

You can still top fill with these tanks.

The tanks allow for the stock “top nut” to be used.

Steam Tuners also makes a line of single piece drip tips that replace the stock “top nut”. They have different versions, with different materials.

Both of those configurations still allow for top fill.
With the prime tank, you cannot use the stock prime top cap, but I think you can use the kayfun mini v3's stock top cap, otherwise you must use the prime nut (which allows the use of any drip tip) or any of the k series, special drip tips. All like you said, still top fill.

Can you still top fill with the wave tank? don't see where you would
As HBcorpse mentioned, yes....you just unscrew the top nut and fill, no difference to how it's done with the stock prime

Thank you, see one of them in my future.

Who is the best vendor to use for shipping to the US?

I’ve always has a great experience buying directly from Steam Tuners.

I don’t know if any US based vendors carry their gear, or as wide a selection of it.

Thanks for the link to the vendor. I spent quite a long time trying to find out who vapemen/steamtuner mods is located, and I thought it was in Britain, but I actually don't know where they are based. I will say that the tank and DNA mod I got from them I love. I think their stuff is crazy, but also crazy GOOD. I was looking for coils for a discontinued Spider-I tank, but discovered it could also take nautilus BDC coils, which I accidentally bought a BUNCH of, so I was in luck. I'm saving the link but not using it right now, as I don't need more stuff (most emphatically) but I have to say I really adore the products from them that I have.... My DNA mod is super fantastic, and I think their styling and products probably aren't for everyone, but I LOVE them. :)

Hopefully I can use this vendor in case I need anything else in the future. Thak you @access0denied :)

When you get the wave tank, there is threading in the top, this opening diameter is smaller then the stock threading of the Prime's top cap, so the stock top cap cannot thread into the wave tank, which is ok because it would kind of look wonky. The proper look of the wave tank isn't an incorporation with the stock top cap of the prime anyways, because that would add an extra height and wouldn't really look that good . The wave tank really goes along with their special top nut, which properly threads into the wave tank and then you snap in your own drip tip....or you can buy steam tuners special drip tips that also thread into the wave tank without the need for that special prime nut....so you can see that if a special drip tip can thread directly into the wave tank, that opening of the wave tank is kind of small and to small for the Prime's top cap....but because the km3's diameter is much smaller, I do believe you can use that to screw into the wave tank if you wanted

OK, that made sense. I'm wondering. I robbed my drip tip from my K5 and using it on my Prime because I could screw in those taller drip tip inserts into it. I'm not seeing any reason why my K5 drip tip should not work on the wave. Do you? Except they make you shell out more clams to get the nut.

Oh the wave prime nut Should except most any 510 drip tips. I tried about 5 different ones in my prime nut with no issues...I just tried the k5 drip tip and it fits fine in the prime nut

The prime nut can only be used with the wave tank and usually comes with it, but at some vendors it does not...I believe at creme de vape, it comes with the wave tank, but where I bought mine it did not. I bought mine separately and it was about 13 bucks.....I do like it, but do prefer the wave tank without it, I just love the looks without the little nub the prime nut has and love the look of the special drip tip going straight into tank, the special drip tip also reduces the height

There is one slight con with the wave tank and that is filling...first the opening is reduced and because of the way the wave tank screws onto the chimney, there are only 2 slots to pour juice into. These slots are like 2mm 3mm and directly under those slots you have the actual chimney, so if you squeeze juice to fast, it can back up and go into the chimney hole and get down onto coils. ..so you have to pour slowly. I actually started to use my old syringe and it's much better...I haven't checked the capacity of the wave tank, but I imagine it's slightly less then stock tank, but not 100 percent sure

Wave tank and nut isn't bad price, but over $13 for shipping is hard to swallow though.
Yep that's where they get you....I tried to find a US vendor, but couldn't. ....basically with shipping your talking close to 50 bucks for one upgrade

As someone who has shelled out the cash for Steam Tuners gear, I CAN say this with great confidence:

There’s no price for the feeling of custom/modded/physical change to your atomizers.

When I use the Steam Tuners gear on my stuff (mostly KF4’s), the tanks feel like a whole new animal.

Maybe that’s just in my brain...

—End commercial for Steam Tuners—

:hahahaha:

It's alot, but I have no regrets at all. I have the wave tank and now both my km3's are tuned and I love them!!
