Just found out I actually forgot to wash the Prime when I got it about a week ago. Should I still do that? ;)
Considering what little effort it takes, yes. They come clean but I clean them upon arrival anyway. You never know. Don't have to take it completely apart. Base, glass, chimney, top caps is all.

Oh man you didnt? It might be to late now, but there could be a residue left that could result in hair loss. I'm pretty sure one guy went completely bald , but it takes a few weeks for it to show up....just joking my friend and maybe on your next fill up, give her a soap and water toothbrush job....

Hahaha :) you did make me laugh man :) I just gave it some cleaning, also to lube the o-rings some more. No difference in flavour, it was awesome and still is awesome. By the way, I enjoyed watching your video man. Thanx for that!

Thanks for watching! Yes the more those orings are lubed, the better. It took my primes orings a little while to break in, but now the juice flow is so smooth, it's perfect

Never brought a mod for a set tank before, but the kayfun prime has been in my daily rotation since I got it, and still love it daily, so decided to give it some love back and bought a sx mini mx for it, looks really good IMO :D

    Hi everyone,
I read almost the entire thread (not all of it, almost:) and searched the forum but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. I am considering to buy either Kayfun Prime or Tilemahos armed 22mm. I usually vape tobacco flavours and my favourite is Black Note NET liquids. Other than that I occasionally vape Five pawns Castle long and some other complex flavours. My main concern between those two atomizers are that I read Tilemahos is very good with tobacco flavours and Kayfun Prime is better with complex liquids. Is there anyone who has or tried the both and can give an opinion about ? I know it is subjective thing when it comes to flavours, I am just looking for a comment.

Well, I could just give some kind of mealy mouth answer but instead I will just be honest. I think anyone who says one atty does better with tobacco and the other with complex flavors is a bit, well, let's say talking out their lower orifice. I cant speak for the Tilemahos as Ive never used it. I have used the Prime and have been very happy with it. I vape NETs

I actually have both, the prime and the armed and I also vape black note prelude, so I can definitely give you an honest answer. Besides black note juices, I also vape hhv nets and a couple other comparable clean nets and I would have to say the both the prime and armed are very similiar with those types of tobacco nets. I personally cannot tell the difference in notes . Both tanks are exceptional but if I had to pick one , I would say the prime is a touch better because it's a bit easier to set up. The armed is a bit touchy in coil placement, if the coil is a bit low or high the flavor is diminished alot. I have found the coil has to be placed at a very exact distance from airhole to produce great flavor. Also because the armed has side walls in which the coil has to be placed in, you are kind of restricted in coil diameter, more so then the prime. I still have not tried the spring because I know it's going to sit to close to airhole. The armed is beautiful though and that shine just looks classy imo. Another thing is, although I love the gg drip tip that comes with, it would be nice to be able to use others. Yes it's a regular 510, but you have to be lucky in finding one that fits perfectly snug as to open and close the juice flow. Both tanks when tuned in just right have the same flavor and vapor, but the prime is just a bit easier imo.

I think for the most part your right, but I have found that my gg tilemahos v2 just has a better flavor with my coffee juice. I have put that juice in 7 or 8 different tanks over the last 2 years and I can definitely say for sure that it flat out taste better in that one tank then any of my other tanks. I wouldn't say certain tanks do better then others, but certain tanks do taste a little different then others for sure. I have at least 7 different rta's going at once every day and each does produce a slightly different taste , it's not much, but I know each doesn't produce the exact same vape with the same flavor

Thanks for the detailed answer. I think you are right about armed being sensitive to coil placement as it has a relatively deeper room for the coil move up and down. Other than that, maybe a small detail, but air hole in the prime' s deck as I have seen from the photos is a more linear one rather than circular. Or it has another piece on there. Imo, that might be more effective for air contact on the coil surface. Even though I like the looks of the armed better, I think I will go with the prime.
