Yes always been curious how a Lite would do in temp control. Although I’ve never used temp control and have no plans to so suppose I’ll never know! Always surprises me to hear a lot of people still using their Lites/Lite pluses all these years later. I still have 2 and would never consider selling. Testament to how well they’ve held up over time. And testament to svoemesto as a company.
No, I wont get rid of mine either. Those things have been workhorses. They just perform! Funny, I went to build it and almost forgot how because it's been so long since I did it. :) Used those things daily for 3 years.

I did the same thing. I built one a few weeks back and something didnt look right, took me a few seconds to think how I use to do the tails. I was always an offset coil guy that ran my wick tails kind of curved, like a half S. I didnt do that this time, just straight down

Hi all,
I am still having issues with my wicking on kayfun prime. So I done a bit of a test on it by taking my wicking out of the coil and putiing the tank back on. I then opened the juice flow control to 1 and half turns and still only a few bubbles. Then took a few puffs expecting it flood and leak all over the place. But nothing happened. How could this be.

So your tank has juice, coil, no cotton and jc open 1.5 turns and your taking a pull, but no flooding? I'm pretty sure, especially if your af is at a more open setting, that juice gets pulled to a certain level, then retrieves back down, so by not having cotton, still doesn't flood. There are other types of rtas like the darvw that definitely flood if no wick is in there, but the pressure types probably will not unless the af is set to its tightest setting and you took a massive pull (even that might not flood it, but could produce weepage

I was going to ask if you got it yet and how you liked it.....so is your version fairly heavy?

I was surprised at how heavy it was. That's a good thing, I think. Makes it stable. I'm going to program that C mode for quicker ramp up time.

Maybe, I can learn something from this most of the time I was trying to push my cotton away from the holes slightly when I need to make sure they are covered

I tried tc a couple times and it seemed to work good, but I dont really know much about it and find myself always going back to wattage. The techiest thing I have done is to program my name on the screens which is kind of neat. Wish you could of found the aluminum versions which are like 90 grams and there is no paint that can chip. I swap my colored doors around, so I have red door on a silver body

I didn't have colored doors. I'll take a photo of it later and post it.

I forgot what type of issues you were having, so can you repeat what's exactly happening? Are you getting dry hits?

suits the mini v3 well
I think so too. I was a bit wary that it would be top heavy...even with that small KM3. But that Aspire is pretty heavy for such a little mod so no problem handling that KM3. Nice little setup.

She's using a KFL+ drip tip on it.

Does anyone know of a place that sells the kayfun prime extension kit in gold color? i know svoemesto makes a version with the "high noon" color extender as its on their site, but i dont see any us licensed distributors that carry it. anyone know of a place?

i preordered the NIte DLC prime, and capacity is important to me, but the silver will probably look so bad lol. id grab a black one if they made it, but gold is still better than silver.

there is a nIte DLC that comes with the PEI tank kit which gives more juice capacity but you probably saw that.

part of my order. pei is 1ml less than extension kit. not as a kit like you said though. listed individually.

edit: obviously it isn't a deal breaker or anything as i made the purchases lol. with that said, after buying it, it has been a prevalent thought regarding the product. It's one of those so close yet so far things. Clearly the thought (on some level, not necessarily with nite dlc edition) has crossed their minds as well as they do in fact produce a gold "high noon" version of the extension for 5 more euros, however the demand probably isn't big enough for anyone to stock and list it, and svoëmesto doesn't ship to the US. i was really hoping a licensed distributor carried it, even if i did have to order it from europe; however even that doesn't seem to be much of an option.

another random question; has anyone ever tried the "M2L fused clapton coils" svoemesto sells on their site?

specs are listed as follows:
Technical Details:

Inner coil diameter: 2.5 mm

Core wire: 2 x 0.25 mm Kanthal A1

Sheathed wire: 0.1 mm NiCr

Single coil for MTL
-------
Thry say they are made by Clear Coils. anyone ever tried them, or tried building ysing the same wires? if so, i'd love to hear about your experience
