kayfun 5 squared has a bigger deck, and larger juice capacity too...

The regular KFV5 is my all time favorite. It's setup on 4 of my all day vape mods. But for me it was two big on my JACs, but I find the Prime a good size and match on the JACs.

if the Kayfun2019 was going to happen,i don't really see how they could improve it as the test of time and users feedback bring it close to perfect.
-deck wise;i see no issues with the KFL one and much prefer it to the Prime:
it's easiest to capture the coil leads(I'm having a bit of a hard time with the Prime and for some reason i had to replace the screws a few times already)plus I'm not restricted to a certain amount of wick.
-the AFC in the KFL is the best there is imo,it can be tailored to a quarter of a screw turn unlike the pre-drilled ones and it has no air leak, unlike the ones that come with an AFC ring.for me it's just set & forget.(maybe they could make the screw a bit more secure so it wouldn't accidentally change its position which rarely happens.maybe a hex grub screw?)
-the filling method surely needs and improvement and also having the ability to work on the deck without having to drain the tank and that would require a JFC.
what would be an improvement is getting rid of those PC replacement tank and giving it something like the PEI kit in the Prime and/or a glass tank.
also with the TPD they will be restricted to 2ml and i wouldn't want to have to put something like the extended chimney on the Prime(but i really do like PEI kit).

I loved my KM3, and the KFL+. I still build the plus every now and then, and it's good but kind of a pita to deal with anymore. No doubt Kayfun set the bar incredibly high back then. But years later, I think there's a ton of room for improvement, including size, weight, simplicity- fewer parts & orings, Prime style wire trapping, top fill, external afc, eliminate need for jfc, ability to build and inspect without dumping juice or special tool.

But most of all, I think they've been surpassed in quality of vape with Doggiesytle, True MTL, and Dvarw, among others. I was disappointed in everything that came after the KM3, but that doesn't mean I'm not hoping they hit it out of the park again with their next release.

Has anyone noticed that the 510 threading is different between the different Primes. I've got one from when it released over a year ago. Noticed that it's not butter smooth when screwing onto my Dicodes Dani 25. Got my new Prime Nite. Butter smooth. Got looking at the 510 between the two Prime's. Looks like the Nite version is shorter, and one less thread. Has anyone else noticed this?

Probably why it won’t make connection on most of my provari’s (but I haven’t compared them )

The kfl didnt have any af adjustments at all, only the kfl plus, so you probably have the plus version. To me an upgrade on the kfl's would be AFC inserts like the darvw. I do like the ability to adjust af, but the rings just add extra lenght and I like tanks that aren't too long. Also the kfl's weren't set up for wattages much over 18ish watts unless you used super thick wire with crazy long ramp times, so they need to make the wicking a bit better , so it can handle slightly higher wattages like the km3 and prime. Top fill rounds out my upgrade or at least bottom fill without needing a screwdriver......

I'll take the interior air screw over the exterior ring but I know I wont get my way.

Oh, they were adjustable, alright. Just required a drill bit for AFC, and Dremel for JFC.

I hear that....I opened 2 of them to 5/64 I believe. I then tried to widen the actual air tube, which didnt work out to well

That DNA75C is a whole lot more user friendly than the plain DNA75.
And for us lazy people, Replay is a winner for TC. I'm still using the same cotton for 4 weeks and it's still white.

And I can add my own wallpaper. Can't show you on here.:w00t:
