Hmmmm....self? In years to come you will find that your marriage to your high school sweetheart is sucking the life out of you. When you feel the flames flickering out - turn and walk away woman.....don't wait......you will be trapped in that relationship - til death do you part.

Don't let that experience "jade" you about love - your true love will be waiting for you; if you listen you will find each other much, much sooner.

To the love of my life - I'm sorry I took so long to find you.

Aaaah self, believe in yourself, don't allow the words of others that cause you to doubt yourself, your abilities or your strengths, and your ailing grandparents would be happier if you finished college locally instead of leaving to work full time & take care of them. (the extra time with them was worth it though)

Edited to add: Great contest, thank you :)

"to self" : So getting married before you graduated high school (age 18 to the day) may have seemed like the best thing to do for ALL situations = NOT TRUE, finding out you were pregnant on your 1 year anniversary (age 19 to the day)(oh my gosh girl what were you thinking), also seemed like all this is bliss, having to work 2 jobs to raise this child, ouch, who is raising this child? oh yea, daycare, that's why you worked 2 jobs! (age 25, another baby)... So, Self, what the heck were you thinking? If I didn't marry him, I wouldn't have the 2 most beautiful gifts in the world. But marrying the one and only person you (sorta dated) since you were so young, also stripped you of the opportunity to see or experience ANYTHING else. Tied down, stuck, work-a-holic, sucked the life right out of your being and to this day you still work your ... off! I can't say I wouldn't do it over again because my children are amazing, LOVE IS...your children's LOVE... so self... you have a huge dilemma... what would you do?!
