EDIT: Important update for the version 1 mod.. Info below.
I introduce you to the newest version of the BFP titled 'The Slug" Blue Foam Plug v2.0.
Waste no juice! Maximize your cart filler space with no filler by using "The Slug" so you hold more e-juice!
Dont use a flat tip 510 cart with a staw.. BUY A ROUND CART SO YOU CAN USE THIS MOD! The flat tip 901/510 cart wont have the inner lips inside the cart to hold the plug in place.
If your using a 801 then you have room to spare.. 901.. well either one you may want to ask yourslef why your using them and not the 510. If you didnt like the 510 before.. you may want to try again now.
Why use a spring or staw or a cart full of blue foam or any other filler material as it will eat up valuable realistate. Dont think a straw takes up much space? Fold that straw up and shove it down in the cart and see how much space is left? Crunch down any filler you put into your cart and take a look at how much space is left?
Want a cart that may last loger?? Hours? No waste of space here.. no leaking cart either. So just think about that for a minute.. no more wasted juice thats stuck in the bottom of the cart or in your mouth!
This cart is the one you've been waiting for!
Now onto the new version mod:
The 510 "Round" cart mod "The Slug" BFP v2.0.
This one hugs the atty making perfect contact. Its higher and touches not ony the top but the sides where the wick is located. Imagine the foam in a "U" shape where the bottom end of the U plugs the fulid chamber and is lays across the opening resting on the inner lips and the sides come up and hugs the bridge. The fluid would ofcourse follow the shape of the slug from the bottom of the U then up the sides as it wicks. Works beautifully and consistant! Everytime i inserted the slug into a cart and cut it, it works the same each time!
Its easy to make and install and top off if needed. Also to remove and reinstall will also be easier then ever.
You dont need to be accurate with the cut.. but depending on how thick your juice is you'll have to adjust the thickness. If its leaking alot cut it thicker at 1/4 inch. If it has a hard draw and seems to run dry even though if you look at it or poke it and see juice in there then try cutting the width at between 3 16ths and a 1/4 inch.
I ntoiced with the other version the draw was too airy for me.. This one firms it up for a good firm draw but still lets air pass threw the meterial to aid in wicking. Dont go crazy and drag too hard or it may flood.
I dare you to use this for a day or 2 and go back to what you were using prior for a day! hehe.. You'll notice a huge difference as the saying holds true "You dont know what you got, till its gone."

Found out that folding and inserting it this way and doing a blind cut is no good. From now on just cut the length of the piece to 3/4 inches long. Then insert something between the 2 halfs you'll have after inserting the slug and make a nice indention for the bridge of the atty to rest in.. The old way was too long and too high. The bridge was pushing the slug. I think that was causing it to leak.

Glad to hear.. will be interested in your results!
What i found that works for me with my "thin" juice, is to put an extra layer on top ef the plug. A thin extra layer that i cut from another plug. What that does is make the brige touch the plug better and compress the plug more so it closes the holes tighter in the foam. NO LEAKAGE! Works great!
So great i just got done watching the World Series of Poker 2:30+ minutes final table and its still going! hehe.. Love it.
I tried that a few days ago with the extra layer and thought it was'nt nessisary as i should be making the plug a little larger to fix it but after doing this twice now and with that plug leaking before and great after.. i think its the fix for me.. till i get some thicker juice with vg in the mix. Seems that most are using thick juice and figure thats the whole damn difference.
