UPDATE:
Due to a few PTs not functioning properly, order 19022 is the last one going out for the week. All the orders will be taken to the PO tomorrow morning.Only 10 orders left!!!

Out of curiosity...do you guys send out email ship notices? My account says balance of order is shipped (2 901 PT), but no email notification. It doesn't matter since I assume it has shipped, I am just curious for future orders. I want to order some juice.

We do send out Shipping Confirmations with Tracking #'s included. For some reason, our emails do end up in people's spam folders for some reason
You can always check the status on our website by logging in to your account as well. There you will also find your tracking # !!!Haha ... Hey Mr. Glass --
Monday/Tuesday, Preorders will open for the Protege. And we won't just have CAD drawings, true/live drawings will be made available. Timing for them once Preorders happen is roughly 2 weeks.

I just received a shipping notice of my 510 PT. Is this mean no more waiting?? It's only been 40 days. Ya know waiting is the best part of the whole ordering process and now you have taken that away from me. In your head,,, yea right... I know when I got my email today I let out a loud YES! I then picked up my Prodigy and took a few nice puffs and that calmed me right down...lol.... Thanks to Steve and Casey for all the hard work. It doesn't go unappreciated. And now for the Protege... Bring it on! Now that I have all the adaptors for it already I am ready and waiting again...

Morning everyone! Just a reminder that all orders placed after 12pm yesterday will be shipping out Tuesday. Steve and Jo are out of town (for the first time since starting PS!!) so I'm working from home answering emails and holding down the fort until they get back- so don't make me call them!
So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the next few days of no updates on the Protege No price point has been announced yet, so hold tight until Monday or Tuesday!

So PD's (as of right now) aren't on backorder, neither are the adapters right? sounds like everything's in order with everyone's who've placed orders before 12 yesterday. should we be expecting a "shipped" status soon?

We have all adapters in stock- we'll be waiting for more Prodigy tubes and more pass throughs come next week, as we are out of them right now.
