Thanks Vapn- I'm currently setting up an appointment with a chiropractor since apparently yesterday's PT madness set my neck on fire and I currently can't quite move it

Hopefully I'll get all straightened out and ready for the insanity!

Very sorry to hear that Casey, Hope your neck gets better soon.

I am really looking forward to trying out the 510 PT that got upgraded to shipped yesterday Maybe next month I'll be able to afford the Prodigy

Steve just called- 75 510 pt adapters are coming home today!!!!



50 pts are also coming home- so that should bring us pretty damn close to caught up! (i think there's maybe 3-4 orders that won't quite make the cut, but those were all placed this morning).

If nothing else, then Steve and Jo need to do that. Ulcers are a bad sign that he needs a meaningful break from us. Yes, we all want the PP, but nothing is worth Steve jeopardizing his health.

They're enjoying a little much needed, hard earned vacay currently, Tesc Have no fear- Mrs. Cash is reminding Steve that he needs to step back every so often.

I'm 1/2 back up and running, and apologize if you submitted a ticket. I've literally been iced and warmed and laying on the floor for most of the day until my man friend came home to make me some dinner. Tomorrow morning I'll be catching up and making sure everyone gets taken care of- it's just been tough to sit for long periods of time. Apparently I did something to my rotator cuff (? didn't know I had that...) and that somehow wrecked havoc on both my shoulder and my neck. Not really a fun day, but I do promise that everything will get caught up tomorrow, and I am really sorry for any inconvenience!

I just ordered my Prodigy this week and while I am excited I would say relax I dabble as video editor and its very time consuming.

Casey, it was worth the wait. This 510 adaptor for the PT is great. And the 401 aint bad either. I don't know what I was expecting with the Riskee but... it aint all that. O well 2 out of three is good enough. I will use it so I didn't throw my money away or anything like that. Now the problem is I have to order a bunch of 510 atties. lol... Man they chuck out the vapor. I just hope to heck that the Protege will allow me to take this experience on the road with me. Then the collection is complete... lol... That's a joke. There will always be something better.

UPDATE:

Hey everyone! It's been a few days, but we're back! Here are some updates for this week...

Unfortunately the day has come, and PayPal has stopped accepting our transactions. Steve is in the process of getting set up with another payment gateway, and we should be up and running until Friday. In the mean time, we won't be able to take any payments online, and I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Good news though is that the Protege pre-order will begin once we get the payment gateway set up Those are all the details that I have for right now, so just hold tight for pricing, etc from Steve.

I've packaged all the orders that were paid for before the PayPal crisis, and they should be shipping later on today. All Prodigys will be shipping tomorrow due to a shipment of batteries not being here yet. They should be coming in this afternoon, and then I'll package them up, and ship them out.

Then, everything will be caught up Super excited about that!

Thanks for all the well wishes over the weekend. You guys are the best customers anyone could ask for! I'm getting caught up on some tickets that I needed to speak with Steve about or needed to be in the office to answer, so if you sent one in this weekend, you'll be hearing from me today! Also, the new FAQ page should be up between today and tomorrow, so keep an eye out!
