I <3 you all. Went to the Chirocracker this morning to start the week- woooowwwzaaahhhhh! It was a rough one today. Back on Thursday- should be back to normal in about a month or two is the guesstimate this week. We'll see..

Holyyyyyyyy crap! OK, here's the update this morning.
150 orders are heading out the door with Mrs. Cash as we speak. *Do a little dance*
Steve is at the manufacturer playing with electronics.
I am now sitting here in a MOUNTAIN of tickets. We recently were experiencing some issues with our ticket system, and anything that was submitted outside of the contact page on our website was not coming through. THIS HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED. However, this means that all of a sudden, I went from having 20 open tickets to 450. Yikes. So, I need to sort through ALL of these and figure out what has already been resolved. If you've submitted a ticket today, expect some delays while I get this under control. Also, if you've submitted a ticket in the past month and haven't received a response, you may get one today. If I remember the situation and know it's been resolved, I'll just be closing the ticket. However, if I have no idea what's happening, I'll be emailing you to clarify and let's figure this out.
Sorry about this guys! But at least we're getting everything settled. Just hang tight while I work on this!

Hey guys my name's Eric and I was trying to figure which High Voltage to get and finall was set on the Progigy with the 801 then I saw the 2-3 week shipping and almost settled for the SD which I still plan on getting some day but decided the Prodigy was worth the wait (mostly because of all the adapters you can get)so I ordered at almost midnight after spending several hours on the forum reading reviews and watching videos of BEAUTIFUL Prodigy vapor! And got my shipping confirmation at about 10m.

Hey ya'll I got another question.
When Scott did his review on the Prodigy he said he was having issues with attys burning up.
Anybody have problems like that with the 801 ?

Thanks Gary I read it thoroughly and am pretty confident I can keep myself from burning them up too quickly. Now I just can't wait for it to get here!!!

All juice, Prodigy, and PT orders have been filled for the day and will be heading out to the PO later this afternoon.
After yesterday's ticket fiasco, I'm going to be trying to get everything resolved today. Please bear with me for a few hours, and if I don't get to you today, I will certainly try for tomorrow. There are a TON of tickets, and if you PM'd me, just hold tight. There's a lot to deal with, and I don't want anyone's issue to get lost in the mess. If you sent me a ticket AND pm'd me, I will NOT respond to the PM, just the ticket as this is easier for me to keep track of. Now that the ticket system is up and running, please use that to get order specific issues resolved, as PM's make it difficult for me to see exactly what was sent when, etc etc etc.
Once all the ticket issues are resolved, I'll be testing PTs and Prodigys, as more have come in. As things come in and are testing, they'll be added to the inventory. NO NEW 510 PT ADAPTERS HAVE COME IN YET. *I know I have about 345234829837 PMs about this sitting in my inbox right now, so read it here folks!*
Also, a new policy change is now in effect. We will NOT be sending out replacement switches until we receive the defective ones back in our hands. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we have had too many issues with people not sending in their broken pieces for repairs, and this is causing issues for us. I do apologize for the trouble, but unfortunately this is how we're going to have to operate from now on.

We just got like a bajillion (yes, that's right) Prodigy adapters- 510, 901, and 801.
PT adapters- here's the deal. We're out. We'll be out until the Protege adapters start pouring in towards the end of the month. THIS MEANS NO 510 PT ADAPTERS FOR AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS.
We'll be listing some more PTs for sale in the next day or two (since I've been testing and packaging things so we can list it for a few days).
