You snuck in while I was typing. LOLSorry celtic, all of the ones I have need 2A batteries.

Well can you recommend a good one of those? I haven't really thought it through as of yet but Maybe there aren't any that take the large batts![]()
I am wondering if I just go to walmart I might find one there.
Well The reason I am asking is because I bought a couple little ones from Sears and they eat batteries and the lights have pretty much died in one and mostly in another.I am wondering if I just go to walmart I might find one there.

Does anybody have a good recommendation for an LED flashlight? Three requirements.. Must take D or C Batteries, good battery usage, and very bright.![]()
I've had one of these Amazon.com: Smith and Wesson Galaxy Elite 2 AA CREE Tactical Flashlight: Sports & Outdoors for over three years and it is indeed very bright at 150 lumens. I buy the Eveready Lithum batteries. They cost a little more but outlast alkalines by about three times. My next one will be one that takes 18650 IMR batteries since I'm already set up for it with my mod batteries. Probably an Ultra Fire.

It was a good day, Evie, but I fear that I may be losing a friend, someone who I met on the forum. We spent a lot of time together on the internet and considered each other real world friends, but she is drifting away from me. That makes me sad.![]()
